And why would the Rangers want to tell on there players the whole reason they are moving them is to avoid that kind of attention Their not spreading the dirt their picking out the weeds to make a clean team and most of those guys went as free agents. This is being totally oblivious to the problem of integrity. You do not right a wrong by giving it to some one else.If you know a player is dirty you report it to the league, who in this case were turning a deaf ear to it and the union was standing in the way of testing. If you know there is a drug dealer and a drug user in your neighborhood do you think it is ethical to provide them housing in another community , to put the problem there and clean up your area? If the answer to this is yes, do not bother trying to defend it. Here is an Ethical Response: From our internal investigation we have come to the conclusion that many of our players were using performance enhancers , which were legal at the time. Some of these players have still tested positive and we have reported their names to both the Union and the League Office.
