I just missed a 8.452 off the boat, I had it half when in when a bolt of lightning zapped it right off the line and messed my camera up.I have caught enough 4 lbrs to know it felt twice as big.

I really have to disagree with the above statement. I have been around prisons and prisoners a good portion of my life. I currently work with prisoners and ex cons on a volunteer basis. I have never heard of anyone who would rather sit in the joint for a day more than they had to, no matter what kind of tail they have following them on the outside.

I fish cause I love to fish, if I someday get blessed with a bigun, can't say I wouldn't be grateful, but that's not why I fish. I can't speak for any other fisherman

While I don't agree with someone lying about the weight of a fish, I also try to never assume someone is lying when they post a weight. If I think the weight is a bit inflated I keep my mouth shut and give congratulations. The picture could be misleading or the angler's scale could be off. Either way, I can't prove a thing so why question it? Yea Ed: I love bustin on the guys that each ounce means something to! :

Reel Magic ( now called Real Magic?) was one of the other products I tried. It is great for cleaning reels, lure bodies and gunk off the depth finder though 8-) The other 2 were the KVD product and something from Berkley, I didn't see any real improvement , I actually didn't have any problems that needed improvement , since I moved to the XL. I tried it because a member here gave me some to use,sorry I do not see the need for this or fancy fishing clothing either ;D
