i seen fishing videos on youtube of people fishing. when they fish every cast they catch a fish, but when i go fishing i catch a fish mabey every hour. i just want to know how come its not the same, is it because i dont have a boat, or am i just not good at fishing? its starting to frustrate me. and just to let you guys know, they way i fish is mostly using a 4 inch senko. and just casting it out there, letting it sink, pull the worm foward about a foot then letting it sink again. thanks.

what time do most of you guys wake up to go fishing in the moring? i have been getting up at 6:30. but i got stuck in traffic today so i got there at 8. what about you guys?

ok thanks guys. one more question though. is setting the hook on this lure like it is when setting the hook on a top water frog? do you have to wait for a couple or seconds, or do you set it as soon as the fish attacks? Thanks.

i just picked up one of these storm chug bugs. i read that they we a great lure so i got one. my only question is how do you fish them. i know you cast it a twitch it around and let it sit, but for how long do you let it sit. so basically what i am asking is do you fish it fast or slow?

i bought my girlfriend one of those, shes love it. and it takes awsome underwater shots.

ok guys i will try that, because you guys are right. a soon as i saw the fish i tried to set the hook, i will be more patient next time.

well today i went to a local pond and i stringed up my pole with a SPRO frog and casted it out. fist cast within 3 seconds a explosion with a fish gulping my lure. i set the hook and the lure comes flying out his mouth! how can i prevent that from happening? !?! and for the rest of the day i didnt get anything, not even a bite.

ok so i went to red bud isle to just look around. and there looks like some pretty good spots. but i know some of you guys fish there, where are the good spots to go, do you go towards the dam or on the other side? let me know. thanks.

well one guy said he used it and it was fine, so i thought i would use it too. i didnt know it was not good what would you reccomend that would work for both top water frogs and senkos? (using a spinner cast)

I just picked up some of this line today for when i fish with topwater frogs. i like to fish with frogs and senkos, and i was wondering if this line would do the job for both. because i only have one pole and it would be a pian switiching back and forth between lines. thanks.

Did anyone watch this race, it was amazing. France was favored to win by a lot, and they even said "we will smash USA". But we proved to them that we could win, the last leg of the race was amazing. we were trailing the whole thing, but we caught up and got first. we beat france by 8 one-hundreth of a second. it was so close, you guys need to look it up and wach it if you are a fan. CRAZY

so what you are saying is that i should use different line? i also have read about Spro Bronzeye frog is that the hook setting is really hard, is that true?

see, the line that i am using right now is what i use for fishing with senkos, fluorocarbon 6 lb. will that work for fishing with frogs? if not i guess i will have to get some new line and restring my pole, because i only have one pole.

what is the best color choice for these frogs? also when fishing with frogs, is it a big deal not to use braided line?

I want to go to ladybird lake soon, but the problem is that i dont know a good spot on the lake to fish from. i do fish from the shore and as you may know, ladybird lake is HUGE. so i was wondering do i just find a nice cove or something like that or just fish out in the open?

I have never fished with this lure, but i am planning to pick one up and use it. so my question is what color is the best for non clear water? also, this may sound like a stupid question and i probably already know the anwser, but you do fish them weightless right. thanks

see i guess one of my problems is that i dont know what colors to choose according to the water.

i was fisihing in a pond about 16 acres. water was like normal lake water, not muddy, but not clear. the senko color i was using was watermelon with black flake. and it was wacky style. i was casting it out, letting it sink, then i pull up and let it sink again. just doing that over and over.
