The wife just left...
Make-up sex is different. I just flat out hate her right now

Is this excessive?
Yep..Yep. I picked some up after the stren series was won in Florida on a TN70. Loudest trap in my box. Living in Texas....I own a ton of red traps. The Red Craw TN70 is my #1. Extremely loud, great action, and most anglers aren't throwing it.

The wife just left...
Bahh....I'm not going to stress it anymore. Hard times = strained marriage. Strained marriage = less sex. Less sex = ticked off wife. You married people know what I'm talkin' about....

The wife just left...
It will always be in the back of my mind though. The guy she hired at work who she referred to is married and we've hung out together...but it makes no difference.

The wife just left...
She said she was sorry for saying it, but it's not like she apologized for calling me name or something. Much different....

The wife just left...
She stormed out mad, even though I am the one with the reason to be upset. We haven't been getting along lately, but nothing serious. We decided to start working on it and had just gone out on a 'date' and planned to spend the day together tomorrow as well. The date went well, and casually on the way home she said she wished it were like old times when we were dating and I made her laugh all the time. I thought I still did....my goofiness is my claim to fame. She said her assistant at work (a young guy my age) makes her laugh more than I do...and she wishes we could get back to where we laughed that much. She tried to spin it after she realized how bad that sounded...but the damage was done. She actually got extremely mad...maybe because she realized what she said/confessed. I would never say another girl made me laugh/smile/feel good like my wife does. This may be irreparable.

KNEEL!
You should get it anodized a different color or two....that would get some folks attention. Gold is boring....kind of like wood paneling on '70s homes. Just keeping it real....

Patriarch and light cranks?
Are we still talking about fishing?

100 % Fluorocarbon Poll, Whats on Your reel?
No need to speculate on which ones are stronger or more abrasion resistant; Tackle Tour put all the fluorocarbons through the ringer. There are some very clear winners. I use Trilene 100%, but the BPS is excellent as well; I just like the clarity and slickness of the Trilene. Zero (0) on the chart represents the abrasion resistance of trilene XL; i.e. Pline fluorocarbon is 30% less abrasion resistant than Trilene XL. Trilene 100% wasn't out when the tests were done, but Tackle Tour reviewed it less than a month later, and abrasion was 34% higher than Trilene XL....which puts it at the top of the heap.

Quickly becoming a Quantum fan! Is hell frozen yet
I have 5 PT Superlite rods, and they are very nice, high quality rods. Lamiglas has rolled the HSX blank for Quantum since the original Tour Edition Rods were released in '90...and the blank is what makes the rod. They are indeed assembled in China now, but so are my Zillions and Cumaras. I'll buy a rod assembled in a chinese factory if it is apparent the company of origin is all over them like white on rice about quality control standards. Unfortunately, I hypothesize that factories run and supervised in this way account for maybe 2% of Chinese production. That said...I still can't spend $280 on a reel assembled in a Chinese factory. Manufacturing high quality reels requires time and skill; it's not something you want assembled in a factory where workers are rewarded for volume of production.l

Sup with Vanish
I highly recommend you try the 4lb Trilene 100% fluorocarbon. It's a step up from Vanish (to put is mildly)

Fishing BFL and need help with RODS??
5-7 rods is fine. I usually bring 6. I'll hear people say all the time that you should only bring a few, but I disagree. 4 rods takes up as much space as 7. Think about it....

With money no issue which reel do you choose
Took the words out of my mouth. I'm really torn on this one....even though I generally lean more towards Daiwa than Shimano; I'm going to say Mg50/Aldebaran on this one. I like the palmability of my TD-Z's better than my steez reels, and a new centrifugal-braked version of the TD-Z is a great idea. Kudos to Shimano! I already have the magnetic version of the Aldebaran...

Setyr Rods
He isn't selling them; he is asking for feeback on the rods.

Zillion Rods
Great rods; you get more than what you pay for. There have been quite a few threads discussing them with pics.

2 Koi carp in 1 weekend.
That is absolutely ridiculous. If I dig a hole, fill it with water, and buy fish to put in it....I'm doing with them as I please. I'd buy a fishing license when the state started stocking fry in my pond.

Cabelas Prodigy Reels
I like the fact Cabelas is proud of who they partnered with to make their reels, and it's no 'mystery'.

What does "firetiger" imitate?
It represents nothing in particular, but everything in general. This can be said the majority of bass baits/colors.

Broken Zillion
You rod is the first report of a broken one I've read.. Sorry to hear it, but there is no doubt Daiwa will make it right. I think it might be a little early to even mention what happened to Gary
