  1. Yeah on *** it says it comes in a pack of 7, I got them and it was a pack of 4. Not to mention that pack of 4 was a little over 5 i think? I think they just didnt realize its different for the 7 inchers. So yeah unless i can catch like 10 fish or more before its torn up it's a waste.
  2. It's the fat version by the way. But yeah i'll get out there soon to test out all my new stuff and let you know how they do in the water and what kind of action they have.
  3. Has anyone tried these Berkley Powerbait Heavy Weight Sink worms? They are massive! This picture is compared to a 5inch stik-o but in the pic you really can't tell how thick they are.
  4. If you're all about that bluegill pattern like me then you'll love the look of the Jackall Giron. It looks even better in person than it does on the internet! Looks exactly like a little bluegill in the lake I fish.
  5. Yeah I got my order today of all of my tackle goodies for Christmas which includes the bbz-1 shad as well as the TT 4 inch swimbait. I'm getting the Giron for christmas also from my girlfriend so thanks for the tip jackall freak. But yeah when I get all these swimbaits out on the water next week I'll post some info on them.
  6. Already orded mine! And all of the spro colors came back in stock as well at tw. Yesterday is when i saw the true life 4 inch swimbaits in stock so i figured i'd go ahead and get one.

I'm going to get the spro bbz 1 4inch swimbait and I'm not sure what color to get. I know I want the fast sinking one but none of the colors really match anything in the lake i fish there are only blue gill and carp where i fish so what color would you suggest? http://www.***.com/descpageSPROSWIM-SBZSFS.html
  8. I'm looking for about a medium-light to medium casting rod for christmas and not wantin to spend more than 80 bucks about a 6'6" in length. Anyone have any suggestions? I want it light enough to throw shakey heads and t-riggs but i can't seem to find any.
  9. I'm getting the xps stalker tackle bag for christmas which holds 5 3700 utility boxes. I'll probably only use 3-4 what is the best way to store my spinnerbaits?

On my way to charleston today I'm stopping by bass pro shop and i havn't been there in 6 months or so. Is there any tackle I just need to get? I'm bringing about 70 dollars and i already know some of the rage tail anacondas are on my list any other advice on something to pick up would be great! Thanks
  11. When me and my friends first started fishing (last summer) we thought we'd try some sometime. So we finally did and it was delicious! But it wasnt worth the trouble of filetting them and everything plus we'd rather catch them again than eat them so that was only a one time thing.
  12. I used a cheap shakespeare old rod I had with a 3/8 jig and caught a 9lbs bass with no problem. I would consider the rod medium-light. I'm surprised i havn't broken it yet, thats how flimsy it is. You should be fine
  13. Yeah it was threaded.
  14. It was a cheap little booyah boo jig in watermelon red color with a watermelon rage tail chunk. was the chunk threaded or nose hooked? :-? Threaded? If thats what im thinking it is.

  16. I just casted it out there and gave it a lot of slack to fall straight down then would just reel in the slack and lift my rod to like a 12oclock position every few seconds of lettin it sit.
  17. I was recently fishing for speckled trout and talked to some guys down in charleston the best thing was a fluke type grub in electric chicken w/a jig head. And also some D.O.A Shrimp in white color are really good for speckled trout.
  18. I have a freshwater abu garcia black max reel and rod would it mess it up if i used it in saltwater?

Where can i buy some of these lures? Are they any good?
  22. I actually got my first spinnerbait bass doing this, i put a smaller regular fluke as a trailor just for fun and it ended up catching me the first bass i ever caught on a spinner bait!
  23. I had some 3/0EWG weighted 1/16 hooks from my yum 3" money minows so i used it on the super fluke and the first time I casted it out and just let it fall i caught a fish. Never really caught anything or gave them any time after that but the weighted hook seemed to work pretty well.
  24. I thew him back! I don't have the money right now to get one mounted, plus if i get one mounted its gonna be "nessy", as me and my friend like to call her. lol Which i'd probably even then just measure it and take good pics and still release her.
