  1. Wow, those look pretty good!
  2. To be completely honest, I could fish 3 colors forever, and be fine. Falcon Lake Craw, Green Pumpkin/purple gold, and Blue Craw.
  3. Spyder, this gonna be the year you give 'em a shot? I've never put anybody onto Rage baits, and NOT had them catch lunkers on 'em.
  4. Yeah, buddy! Works great in the rivers for smallies. Also pretty blingy on a swim jig, if you really wanna bring the thunder (well... lightning!).
  5. I had to fly into Baltimore the other day, and everything from like N. Carolina, North, including all over Maryland and Virginia, were locked up from what I could see from the air. Suuuucks!
  6. That's great you guys got to fish. He told me about your trip, said you all had a great time.
  7. It's amazing what you can find poking through this guys house!
  8. The're not on the market, Bob. Neither is that other light green/baby blue color DB Craw.
  9. That's alright, D, we'll at least measure the ones you catch while fishing with me!
  10. Thanks, Derrick. You already declare your entry? I want everybody in, regardless of what they think they'll catch, or when we're ever gonna start fishing! I do kinda think we may have to make May the first month, though, especially if it's gonna be all of the Northeast. Just my opinion, it doesn't matter to me.
  11. Everything can pretty much be fished on a 5/0, with the exception of the Baby Craws, which I'd go 2-3/0, and the Toad, which I like a 6/0 better. Maybe I'll throw in some Moaner 5/0 flippin' hooks (Stick'r), or some keel weighted hooks for some Rage Rigging (Moaner weighted Stoke'r).
  12. That's: (left to right, top to bottom) Lizards, Hawgs, Baby Craw, Recon Worm, Craw, Toad, Baby Craw, Rooster, Craw, Cutt'r Worm, Shell Cracker, Craw, DB Craw, DB Craw, Single Tail Grub, Space Monkey.
  13. Oh, and here you go, boys and girls. I was going through some baits today, and put together the prize pack for our little contest. There's a couple baits missing from one or two of the packs, but this should give somebody a nice little boost to the tackle box! Good luck, all!
  14. Yup, me too. The best kind! I love puttin' people onto fish!
  15. Yeah, you know, I'll try to fish a jig in as many places as I can, but the bottom line is, there are better options for that kinda place. I'd just use Tx rigged plastics, probably. Or a swim jig maybe. Definitely a jika rig and drop shot.
  16. Good stuff! Great company.
  17. Red Eye Shad, in Bluegil and Sexy Shad, are the only ones I use anymore.
  18. Plenty of lucrative opportunities in the fishing world.
  19. Well, yeah! Nothing you can do on ice, with the exception of J.D. and Coke, is as fun as bass fishing from a boat! Oh, and bass guides get $500/day, $800 for two people/day. That covers gas, equipment rentals if needed, baits and lures, and the guides services. That gets paid, even if they get skunked!
  20. Haha! Tell 'em guides ain't cheap! That does sound like fun fishing, though.
  21. Aw, that's right, nhbassin! Good memory. I'd love to have that weather right now!! I know, it'll probably be a month here, too, mainebass, we still have 24" of ice. Anyway, I'm gonna hit the river this weekend if you wanna come down. Got some Rage Tail swimbaits I just gotta try out!
  22. Oh yeah, and guys, I'll do a Rage prize pack for our first month of competition here. If I win, it'll go to the runner up. Did we decide on Northeast, or New England?
  23. Nice, man! Thanks for the heads up. I'm fishing Saturday, but might be able to make it up on Sunday. If they're gonna have reps there, I might bring the Cumara that I snapped, and try to get it replaced without the hassle of shipping it in. Appreciate the info, bro!
