I decided to try swimbaits this year so what would be a really good swimbait with weight hook ? I was thinking one with a screw for the eye part will hold better ?

What is your favorites an do they get stronger or weaker the next year , can you use them for longer than 1 year?

I have both an they are smooth an very good drags but for the money you really cant beat the Daiwa Advantage i uses mine a whole lot an never had a problem .

I have the Abu Soron with 20 pound power pro on it with no mono backing an it works very well. Smooth as silk on the retrieve an the drag is the best i have ever felt. I love this reel so much i bought several.

Other than the price difference which one would be better at throwing lures 3/8 oz. an under ? Thanks for your info.

I always use a fluro leader tied to my power pro with a uni to uni knot an never had a problem , i just make shure to retie every couple of fish.

I just got my new Core today . Even when i tighten the drag an crank the handle there is a little not much but just a little back play where when i stop cranking the handle will back up just a little . Since i dont have Shimano's is this normal ? Also when i push down the thumb bar an spin the spool it does not turn very much .Thanks in advance for your time.

The zillion is the smoothest reel i ever used . I also have theFuego which is a really good reel also .

I also have the red anniversary model which i really love , all i have to do is slow down my retrieve an its perfect.

The president is a really smooth reel but a little heavy but has a good smooth drag .

Hi i live 28 miles south east of Pittsburg . I like to fish Loyalhana dam or Yellow Creek Lake.

I always like a slow wide wobble it just seems like i catch more on these.

I like a gold color weightless tube an let it fall slow .

I always thought bass had a strong taste . I would rather catch them an let them go .
