Baitmokey Attack
Bait Monkey got me really good last week. I got 4 packs Roboworm Zipper and Fat Straight tails, 6 packs Net Bat Paca Craws, 12 packs of V&M Centipedes and Finnesse worms, and stocked up on Owner hooks in 3 diff sizes. I hope he leaves me alone for awhile, because I can't afford a divorce right now.

Anyone ever have Bell's Palsy?
My dad had it, and they gave him Valtrex(which is a common treatment for Bells Palsy) to treat it. I didn't know what they gave him at the time. I was visiting their house and saw it on the the counter. I flipped out asking him how he got herpes, and if he knowingly gave it to my mom? Man I'm glad my mom was home to explain why he had that med. I almost hurt my hand with his face. After she told me, I took him out for beers and all was well. And his face went back to normal after about a month. Hope you get well soon.

Shaving
Say no to the single blade Bics ( I call them jail razors ). The slim twin disposables are the best for the price, but it's hard to beat a Fusion or Mach 3. As far as shaving cream stay away from scented creams. The perfumes and dyes in them may irritate your baby face. I like Nivea for men, but plain jane Barbasol will do just fine. And yes hide your shaving gear if you have women around the house. I drilled a hole through my Mach 3 and put a keychain bungee on it and screwed it into my drawer in the vanity. Now my wife is subjucted to only her fancy pink razors, and I'm not buying new blades every month. Good luck with the shaving.

More Powell questions
Is the 732 whippy at all? I like some ML rods, but some also seem like whippin a switch.
-
More Powell questions
I looked around, but noone has these rods for sale. I was just trying to get opinions on these rods.

More Powell questions
I'm looking at 702 MLEF and MEF, also the 732MLEF. I fish from a kayak, and am thinking that the 732 will be the best for me because of the extra leverage. Does anyone have these rods? I have a 683C and it is a great rod, but am looking for a good spinning rod.

New Crankbait rod
I have an older Phenix 7' MH Crank rod $60 TYD. I like 7'6" Med rods for crankbaits. IMO You can cast farther, and have more leverage when pulling them in.

1000 or 2500 size spinning reel?
I have that same rod, with a Symetre 2500FJ on it, and it is a great combo. I spooled 6lb. PLine CX on it. It balances great, and doubles as a Walleye rod too. I do have a 1000 size reel that I use for Steelhead/Panfish with 4lb. PLine on it, and it works for 25 in. Steelhead, and 2lb. Crappie.

Roboworms
The Zipper worms rock! I like Aarons Magic, MMII, Margarita Mutilator, and Bold Bluegill. The straight tail FX worms have some really great natural colors too.

Owner Hooks
Are Twistlocks worth it, or are they a gimmick?

Owner Hooks
I started this post in the wrong forum, so here it is again. What Owner hooks would recommend for t-rigs, wacky, drop/split shot?

Owner hooks
I want to try out Owner hooks. Which hooks are best suited for which techniques? (ie. Trigs, hollow swimmers, beavers, wacky, weightless sticks)

Revo owners please respond
I have 1 Revo S 2 Revo SX 2 Revo STX - old model 1 Revo STX - new model ( haven't fished it yet) The S is the most user friendly, but once you get the SX dialed in you will love it. The high speed model is great. It does take a little time to get used to it, but it won't be long after and you'll be slinging it everywhere.

Twelve Days of Christmas
That's some funny stuff. I would cry if I got all of that gear for Christmas.

MIKE HOLMGREN.
The Walrus is coming to town, I'm pumped. He'll be the Pres. of football ops, and will do gm duties until he hires a new one. Mangini will stay as coach next year, but will be on very thin ice. We have a ton of cap space, if it's not an uncapped year, 11 draft picks, and a distinguished and well regarded pres., which should help to lure the right free agents here. For all of the Mang

Buying a new rod
A 6'6" Med. Fast rod, BC or spinning. 2500 series spinning reel, 6.4:1 BC reel. The sky is the limit on price. Most rods over 100 clams will be of hgher quality; such as Shimano Compre, St. Croix Premier + Mojo ( same blank I think), and Falcon Bucoo. I have all three of these rods and all have performed great. For a little more, you can get a Powell, St. Croix Avid, or a Falcon Lowrider XG. Again I have these rods too and like them alot. If your going over 200, breakdown and get a Loomis.
