Gluing trailers to jigs?
When gluing a trailer to a jig, can I use super glue, or should I use something like venom worm glue?

Senko Reel/Rod combo
I use a 6'6" Med XF Compre with a Symetre 2500 for weightless senkos, tubes, most light finesse fishing. You can get that combo for about 2bills, and that guy that put the link on has a sweet deal too.

Rain gear...
I use Marine Corps issue Gortex. A full set new might cost double of what your using, but they are durable and can put layers underneath. Try ebay.

new pitchin' rod
I use a 7'6" Falcon Lowrider M bc rod for pitching 1/4 oz and upto 1/2 oz craws. I like the leverage the longer rod gives me, and will use my 7' MH Avid if I get heavier than that. If I ever get that ever elusive boat, I'll switch to a legit pitching rig.

How do you make a crankbait dive deeper
When trolling for Walleye, I use lead core line to get Reef Runners to dive deeper. I do n't know how effective it would be on a regular rig though.

Hey. all you Powell guys!
I have been reading reviews here, and on other sites, and am sold on Powell rods. I would like to go Loomis or high end St. Croix, but way out of my budget. I want to pick up 2 baitcast 1 MHF/MHXF and 1MF, and 1 spinning for finnese fishing. Your vast knowledge and input will be greatly appreciated.

The Rod Monkey is talking to me ...
I have a 6'10 MH F Buccoo and love it. I got bit by the ebay rod monkey, and picked up a 6'6" M F Avid $100 could'nt pass it up.

That was a great help, thanks alot. I tried searching for posts like that, but came up empty.

daiwa sol or fuego
I've been eyeing those two up for a little while too! The only thing I can't figure out is, is which one is better for cranking, jigs, weightless worms, and lighter tackle?

What was your best bargain?
6'3" MXF Loomis Spinnerbait rod w/ a brand new Revo S $120 shipped last year on ebay.

The Bait monkey
I try to be the equalizer with the monkey. Wife comes home with new purse=me buying a new rod or two. And I know that her purses cost $250 at a minimum, and she has alot of purses. So when she sees a new rod tube at the door, she doesn't say much.

Any bankbeaters in Cleveland area?
All of my freinds suck! None of them fish, and wanted to see if anyone wanted to do some fall bassin/steelhead fishing.

Night time senko or swimsenko colors and techniques you use.
Black/Blue flake, Black/Red flake w/ chart tail, Junebug, wacky rigged are killers at night for me. Also T-rigged weightless and used like a jerk bait slowly work great also.

yum money hound?
I had better luck retrieving tip down, by far. I used a 5/0 EWG hook with it. Also, I rigged backwards a couple of casts and did better with tip up. The bait itself gives a very wide movement when worked probably 3-4 inches, does great as far as being weedless. I used it last night for about a half an hour and caught 1 ok bass on it. I think it has its uses, but won't be a goto bait for me anytime soon. Also, something I noticed was when reeled in quickly, it can be walked under the water.

Need help identifying a fish I caught
Sure sounds like a goby to me.

yum money hound?
I picked up 2 packs at Dicks 1- in foxy shad and 1 in black lab. They do seem on the heavy side. I worked it in my pond to test it out and felt ok with it.

Whats the best method for catching Trout using a rod and reel, lures, bait?
The only trout I have ever fished for are Steelies. I use a 9' noodle rod, with an UL reel with 6# Pline flouroclear. As far as baits use the smalest roosertails I can find - I use bright colors on bright days and dark colors on dark days, ehich is the opposite of bassin. Also 2" Gulp emerald shiners rigged about 3ft from a slim slip bobber. Or a 1/32 hair jig with 3-4 maggotts on the tip with a slip bobber and light split shot. I start out with the leader from the bobber about the length from the waste down, then will move the bobber up until the right depth is found. hope this helps.

Should go fishing tonight? What should I use?
I live in the greater Cleveland area, and am bored out of my mind. I can't grab beers due to work in the a.m., so I was thinking of going fshing. It has been raining all day and is drizzling on and off. Would I be wasting my time if I went out? If I do go I thought i'd use a sammy, or pop-r, or white jig w/ white grub. Will these do?

Browning Maxus baitcasting reel, new at Bass Pro Shops
My first experience with BPS was the Bionic reel, which sucked worse than a $5 hooker (not one to know, but I don't think it would be very good.) Then got a Calisto which sucked even worse! then I bought some Revos and was hooked. The new Reovos look too much like Pfleugers, and nothing g to against Pleugers, but if I wanted a Pfleuger I'd buy one. I'm going to buy a new Revo and a President. If they are too much alike, I am going to switch to Curados. IMO the Brownings are the same as BPS, just different colors.

What's your favorite worm and worm hook
I like using Mann's Jellyworms in black grape weightless with a 5/0 EWG, or pegging it with a 7/0 ol' monster. Roboworms zipperworms in Aarons magic, and black grape with 4/0 EWG. Zoom trickworms in Junebug, white, and pumpkin/pearl. Stickbaits, senkos are the best, but also like Netbait salt lick, ***, and dingers. I generally use Gamakatsu hooks due to being reliable and cost effective.

how much could i sell this for?
How vintage? If it's very old and functional, it could be worth $75-$100. If it's kind of old, I'd say $35-$50. Reel Mech may know alot more about.
