  1. I really think you are full of which part? The part above your shoulders. Them be fightin words!
  2. Tom Branch is in charge of the Fish Harder companies Pro Staff.
  3. here is a time where I really think Glenn and Kerri are right, I fish Rodman Res. alot. by alot im mean at least once a month for the last lets say 15 year. It is not a place you can just run with out every being there, if you go a foot out side the channel you will become good friends with a log and some times floaters make it into the channel and there are logs in the channel you cant see expect in low water. but then you see guides running through the stump field like its nothing, so i would love to know where these running lanes are.
  4. WOW thats an interesting statement!

Every tournament i have ever fished I offer my boater 20 to 40 bucks at the end of the day to cover some gas, oil, ect. cost.Infact in the florida bass federation it is required you offer at least 35 bucks.
  6. Ill be there next weekend and a couple times a week for the next month.
  7. I visited and liked it but did not go.
  8. oh and the a shaky head with a trick worm, the 3 over 9 all came on that.
  9. Chain of lakes in a housing complex in Estero Florida I think the number was 24, it may have been 25. 14 were over 7 pounds and 3 over 9(40 pound 1 oz. limit) Lucky Craft crank baits, Anaconda and Power Hawgs this was 7 days after I caught the 11 pounder in my pic.
  10. see, I feel differently. I have never hired a guide but I have tought about it several times. I dont see any thing wrong with it unless it is out lawed in the tourny rules.
  11. 30 pounds is not rare there. Last weekend there was a tourny won with 3 fish going 22 pounds. it can be tough be could be off the hook.
  12. 11.1 pounds. I caught it on a rage tail anaconda in redbug at about 10am in a local lake near where I live in Ft. myers.
  13. It is great, it can be tough also. try to make georgia southerns tourny there in Fed. its the weekend before okeechobee. You can catch largemouth or shoal bass.
  14. they are gonna be every where when we are there. in 1 foot of water to the deepest water you can find.
  15. check you pm's
  16. Glenn I understand completely where you are coming from, but I truely believe many companies are looking at the younger generation as a way to promote there productin different ways. I do see where the whole ME generation point can be brought up and used agianst us but any marketing director worth anything would look at the person for who they are and how they act and there beliefs more than there age which is just a number.
  17. being from jacksonville. we have some of the largest reds in the country, there are also alot. but they are not easy to catch at all! I mostly fish them along rock drops, but sometimes in the grass. When im along the rocks, I use super flukes and sencos. in the grass I use top water frogs both buzz frogs and soft bodied frogs. I will also use flukes and sencos. when im fishing deep water such as rock piles or drops I will use a black and blue jig and a fluke with a jig head. when I use a fluke i use pearl and arkansas shiner. with sencos I use watermelon, pearl, or any natural color. with frogs color make no real difference.
  18. student/ did work at a pet store/ gone fishing.
  19. ok, here is what i did, i won my college's fishing teams tournament this weekend. I would find the bed, anchor about 10 to 15 feet away, so i could clearly see the bed. I started pitching a White Super hawg on a 1/8 oz weight then moved to a 3/8 oz. both were to light, they would just grab the claws and could toss it. so i moved to a 1/2 oz flipping weight, it anchored the bait on the bed and I twitched it slowly across the bed till i found the sweet spot. when i did I would hold it in that spot as long as possible. i would then reel in and pitch again, eventually they all bit. most of them were just bucks, but on a couple the female moved up after I caught the male. I ended up with 11 fish total(released all of them) with a 3 and a 6. I ended up catching 2 more a 4 and 5 waking a skinny dipper. as well as 2 snook. I was fishing the Golden gate estates lakes. My buddy has a couple more good fish on beds we are going to try and get tomorrow.
  20. Is can see where you are coming from but I dont agree with all of it. I am also 20, in college and have been lucky enough to live a priveledged life. but I worked 5 days a week in high school at a pet store to pay to fish, I now have money saved up and sponsor to help me. I am always looking for possible sponsors, but I understand that when the have an agreement with me I have to work my a** off at events they send me to are that I attend for them and I do. I dont feel asking for free stuff is right but searching for sponsors is not a terrible thing. Im sure im gonna hear from yall so bring it.

here is my take on him. While he is and was a great angler, he is kinda, no very wierd and acts in a way that it turns people off(or at least me).
  23. I would say it's not nessary, but a poga I would not even tie it on, you can probily get away with 3 rods right now, frog, flippin stick and texas rig. i might be there this weekend, im not sure.
