  1. you are correct, he ran through i believe 3 locks from lake kissimee all the way throught the chain in to the kissimee river.
  2. went out today, there were losts of died cichlids, talapia, and a few snook. but no peacocks. they seam to have made it to the deap water in time.
  3. my friend ran 186 miles in one day once. me 76 miles took me about an hour and a half
  4. my day one boater zeroed both day, I lost a 2 and 4 pounder that day in the grass. day 2 my boater ended up 123rd. I has 8 pounds on 2 fish that day, and lost another 3 pounder cause my rod snapped on hook set. on day 3 I fished with david kilgore, he lost one 5-7 pounds in a mat. I did not get bit on day 3 so it was a little disappointing but it is what it is. it was a a lot of fun and I cant wait for smith lake, but just like every one else said, it was all about what I lost. but I cant complain I got a good check alot of points and had fun.
  5. chris was in the same area as me yesterday, in the monkey box near morehaven canal, today I did not see him but im sure he was in it some where but further south. he ran past us on the way back.
  6. I fished as a coangler(and finished 23rd) I was very hard fishing. The fish we hard to make bite even when they would chase a bait they would not always eat it. also the weather was different each day, Tharp destroyed his trolling motor today and miss a half a day of fishing.
  7. any where from around 75 - 200 bucks
  8. Im fishing as a coangler.
  9. all I can say is I have a few and I have had no problems and love them. but just like every other product ever made some people like them some people dont. its that simple.
  10. one thing to remember is while Terry(Who I have met several times and have some of the same friends as he does through clubs and stuff, and lost a good deal of money too) may not have caught them, he was around them. those lakes can be weird, we had a federation tourny last yeat that it took 6 pounds a day to make a check(payed 30 out of 86).
  11. yes, there are several very steep drops in lake harris near the bridge to the little lake. but in Feb. the best way would be either bed fishing or flipping.
  12. go with what every one else is saying but one thing that has worked for me the last week or so it a suspending jerkbait like a #8 xrap or a 4 inch bomber. you work it with quick twitches and then stop it dead. you will go to twich and your rod will load up.
  13. I hope it gets better before next thurs. it should.
  14. I may fish a few at okeechobee, iskapoga, st. johns. who knows. Im gonna try to fish some.
  15. none dead, infact I caught one little one.
  16. I have not seen any dead fish at all, but I will be going to a lake tomorrow with peacock as well as snook in it so i will see if there are any floaters there.
  17. I dont believe we have asain carp, but unless its a oscar, I typically destroy it.
  18. the biggest is the biggest its that simple.
  19. I would say a day we had on rodman res. my self and my buddy caught 60-70 fish in one of the biggest schools i have ever seen. I forgot to mention it was in 4 hours. we came in 2nd in the tourny with about 14 pounds, and the biggest fish we had we lost which was over 5, the only one we lost all day.
  20. just cause its cold by no means says the fish will not bite for sure, even in florida. some of those big fish might well still bite.
  21. typically FLW's website covers that on the page for that tourny. I would imagine you only need one of them. But I could be wrong I just know thats how it was when i fished other lakes in the same type of deal.
