lake eloise is still good for bass also the docks on summit...you just got to fish ..a buddy of mine caught 8 good size bass on eloise ..off of black lizard of beds...i was busy blue gill fishing that day ..lol...

yep im a hip hop dj but when im on my boat i have the jazz playing low and light in the background ...so peacefull on the water....

2nd that all of fla has its bad parts the best place from shore that i knew of was lake parker...but something happen . fish died from cold fronts and lack of oxgen in the water but theirs a place in adale bout 10 mins from lakeland called saddle creek...nice fishing from shore and nice parks also...

would love too was out their today...but i got to work friday night and saturday ... i saw like six bass on winter set on the other side of the lake in the tall grass in between docks ... but i did not know how to get them out... i tried flipping but they swim off soon as my bait hit above their head maybe i was doing something wrong.... i might go out in the morning from 8am to 2pm... but i have to wrk that night...

i live right by winterset ...will fish it as soon as the weather gets better ... sorry to hear bout last place finish but the chains can be a challenge do to the fact its so many lakes connectted...i bet lake connie has some big fish too...i fish lake summit and lake eloise...but im going to try winterset next...

i love this site and feel so loucky to get so much great advice ... im new to fishing but with so many experianced fishermen on this site ...im am learning at light speed ... i landed a 4lb bass yesterday it's the bigest i have ever caught it felt great... lizard on the bed for 45 second's worked also top water frog early in morning worked..... and i did release them ...it feels strange but im getting use to it.. did see snakes though swiming i think they were the banded water snake ... fat red ,brown, & orange looking

to much wind 4 me today ...but that didnt stop others all the boat parkin space's were takin ... let me know how the tourny goes and good luck....

thanks for the tip on how to get them out of the beds ...i heard about the lizard ...i heard the bass hate lizards and try to kill them ...i just bought some will try them tomorrow..

chain of lakes over in winter haven... i think these lake see to much action...im new to fishing ...

i seen two , 3 or 4 pounders today on beds ...but they wouldnt bite anything i threw at them ...i tried spinner baits and seinko their was a cold front in last night i wonder if thats why they wouldnt bite... :D

i've been fishing docks ,grass, and beds in the shallow pts of the lake and im only catching small fish ..like 2 to 3 lbs... i was wonder if i should start tring the deeper parts of the lake.... i fish mostly in the middle of the day till sun down... what are some ways to fish the deep bottoms for bass...here in florida... ;)

good pair of polarized sun glass have helped me alot with seeing whats n the water.... ;)

i like ike charlie is hard to take serius as a fishermen i never seen zona's show when does it air and what station...???

congrats on your new boat and its great vs shore because now you cant say if my rod could reach just a little futher...lol but im new to boating too and what has help me alot is asking question to the locals fishing the lakes...i catch people coming in at the ramps , at tackle shops , all the time and i ask them questions...what lure, what depth, etc...and i always tell them thanks for the info and that im new to fishing and i really apprieciate the info ... i havnt ran across any1 rude or mean they all seem happy that some1 is asking them for advice.... 8-) 8-)

i went out today and the wind was blowin bad so i couldnt fish like i wanted to i went all the way to the other side of the lake and five minute into fishing the wind changed direction so i had to go back to the other side and then it changed again and i said thats enough im out of here...lol But i wasnt worried about gators due to all the support on this site thanks a million .........;D ;D ;D and that gator and the pic gone get you when he grow up lol

im not going to worry any more ... but if a snake comes on board i can almost promise im getting off the boat and into the lake ...lol

omg its freezing 31 degrees here and it feel like 20 degrees with wind i want to fish im sick of these stupid cold fronts ...... weather needs to make up its mind............. venting > >
