Feedback needed
IMHO..the seller should have been contacted, made aware of the sub par packing before posting neg feedback..oth, if he/she acted like a you know what, then I might have given the neg posting a thought. Just my 3 cents..

Fall SoCal
I was at the castaic lagoon last Sunday..the only guy that caught bass was a dude on a yak, fishing deeper water, my guess is about 40' or so. He tagged a 9+ lbr on a deep crank or a swimbait, I couldn't see the lure so good..All the rest of us on shore got a big 0..Oh, he got 3 more bass within an hour after the big girl..That tells me the fish are going deeper, the ? is, for how long..?

Golf Newbie
I see 1 possibly 2 problems with that set. 1..the shafts are STIFF, these are meant for someone with a fast swing, and someone that has some experience. 2...Graphite shafts. I think steel is the way to go, I've had 2 graphite shafts seperate from the club head, sending them down range, luckly, I wasn't on the course. That's not to say graphite is bad, I just prefer steel on my irons. As for the deal,I'd say it's o.k. I sold a 1 yr. old set of Mizuno blades + a Nike bag for 500.00.

Circle Hooks For Wacky Rigging
Re: your line, try Yozuri Hybrid Ultrasoft 6 lb in green mist. RW swears by it, now I do too. After using it for almost 6 mos...I have nothing bad to say about it. BTW, 6lb test's out to break at almost 12 lbs IIRC. Sorry for the OT..

Circle Hooks For Wacky Rigging
I also nose hook plastics, but 80% of the time, I wacky rig em...imho circle hooks are the only way to fly, due to what RW said re: gut hooked ect.

GYCB double tail hula grub vs. fat ika
Got it, Thanks bro..

GYCB double tail hula grub vs. fat ika
In my case, the fat Ika's seem to catch mo fish...t rigged upside down, 5/0 hook, weightless..don't be afraid to try the darker colors like the blues/purple ect.. It seems lately the fat Ika's are selling fast, so the selection at my local tackle shop is slim...might have to make the long drive to bps.. :-/

Golf Newbie
Ya know, clubs are a Personal thang..so why even recomend a certain model..? I'd say this, stick with the good names, try as many models as possible, when you find clubs you like, check on craigslist ect.

Golf Newbie
Maybe in the beginning, clubs won't make much of a difference, But...once a swing gets dialed in to a degree, i.e. his swing style, then clubs start to make a difference, same as when your score/skill level improves. I went from cavity backs to forged irons, that's not to say some knock offs won't work. Did I mention Lessons..? Also, friends aren't always the best source for info. either, I found that my teaching pro pointed me in the right direction when it came to clubs ect..Craigslist seems to have alot of good clubs for sale used, so you get quality at a good price..

I wouldn't invest too much $$ in your 1st set of clubs. A couple of reasons.. 1..At this point you don't know if you'll stick with it. 2..Over time your swing will change, and if your like most golfers, you'll want to "upgrade" your clubs. What I would suggest is..buy used, get a brand name club for beginers that's easier to hit...Take Lessons, that way you limit bad habits, i.e. poor posture, and swing, ect. I was a 5 hcp..believe me, there's much to learn about golf, it's a hard sport to master, i.e. no one has of yet..Best to go out and have Fun. Oh...one thing I wouldn't skimp on is shoes, and a good bag if you intend on walking.

chronarch vs revo premier
I don't have big hands, yet I love my Chronarch..I have the bvp, the bad thing is it's a 5:1 ratio.. but good for throwing swimbaits, and slowrolling other baits..

best knots??
Really..???? it's a overhand knot with a loop..if I were you, I'd practice tying a palomar..it's so easy and fast it's ridiculous..

How do I fish Fat Ika
I fish them weightless for the most part..t rig em upside down..cast, let it sit for 30 secs..give a twitch, and repeat. I also will jig it, i.e. lift it off the bottom about 6" and let it fall, be alert, fish will tend to hit them on the fall..

When they don't eat (finesse-power)
I do whatever it takes to catch fish.. Umm, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

How long can bass live out of water???
Ditto..even on warm days if I'm having a problem removing the hook, I'll stick em back in the water, and move them forward to get some oxygen in them. While we are on the subject..Please don't lay your bass on the ground..not good for em.

Gamakatsu Hooks
Points roll on the lightwire worm hooks, otherwise no problems. I must say that I did start buyin Owners and so far so good. Is it me, or do the owners seem to be pointer/sharper..?
