I have the BBZ dirty shad, in slow sink..Had 2 follows, and 1 bass..out of hundereds of cast's..

I have always threaded mine. I also feel the profile is important.

Just my 3 cents...never use the rod to break off a snagged lure. Grab the line in front of the rod..make sure there is NO tension on the rod, and pull the line...heck..sometimes you even get the lure back.. Never had my Clarus come apart. After reading more on this subject, I'm gonna leave it alone.

I have a 2 pc Clarus spinning rod, 7' ml..have caught a few 3 lb bass with it so far..I'm not a big fan of 2 pc rods, but this one seems to work pretty decent...storage isn't an issue, so I may glue mine too.

I use a BPS Rick Clunn, mf I know it's not THE best, but the fish don't seem to mind..

I'd go with the mh..I have a m..and really wish I had bought the mh. I still use it for light swim and spinner baits.

Used Strike king, Booyha, and some cheapies..2 weeks ago I went to my local tackle shop and picked up a double willow 1/2 oz spinnerbait made by Northland. I'd never heard of them, I took a chance on one, cost was 4.99....after catching a few fish on it..I'm sold. Although I'd really like to try some of ***'s spinners.

Never had that problem, however, since I switched to Yozuri hybrid ultrasoft, I stopped using my kvd conditioner, cuz the line really didn't need it.. If for some strange reason I switched back to another line, I'm sure I would begin using the kvd again

You wouldn't be discribing El Dorado park would you..? I fish there pretty often. Long cast's are needed, stand away from the shoreline as far as possible, and be as Silente as you can. To catch bass you first have find the fish, I've had them hit almost everything, however...there are a couple of presentations that work really well..

Where have I heard of this story before? I think I saw it on TV. Anyways, does anyone know how they can go through with this scam? I doubt anyone is stupid enough to fall for it, but there are some cases. I've heard of at least 2 people that fell for it. At the time they "thought" they were getting a great deal on a sportbike...

Usually they use a pic of someone else's boat, motorcycle ect..then hope you send the $$$ and you get nada.. The old sayin really applies in cases like this, if it's to good to be true, it usually is...

I fish with a Chronarch, I have tossed a Curado about 4 times with a 1/8oz bullet and a roboworm that a friend owns..So all I can say is I prefer the Chronacrh because of the smoothness which imho is worth the extra $$$. Either way you win, both are great reels imho.

In so cali there's a few guys, including myself that throw chatter baits. From what I gather not many people around here use them, which is fine by me, they do catch fish. I use the the strikeking pure poison, cuz the guys in the know here recommended them.

Is there a "Dry water"...?
