After seeing the pics, what you typed was right on.

I noticed last night that my buzz bait was laying on its side during the retrieve. Is this normal or is something wrong.Its a cheap buzz bait, but it catches bass.

Normans deep baby n. I couldn't catch a bass on a bandit 200 if it was in my bath tub. I am serious about that. I have quite a few bandits and cant buy a strike. I will be pounding them on the normans and throw a bandit to them and nothin. I have done this several times too. Not knockin em,just statin my dilemna.

Just got in from wackin em on the black buzz bait again. I am fairly new to buzz bait fishin, but it is a big bass lure for sure. They wear you out that first half hour after sundown!! Another lure to add to the arsenal.

Green pumpkin here,rigging it the stupid tube method using the XPS tube jig with the wide gammy hook. Roadmaster, how's the black with blue flake workin for you? I've often thought about trying that color

Bandits are the first ones to come to mind. Can't think of any others.

I was fishin a black 1/4 oz buzz bait last night right at dark when it looked like a toilet flushed. The first thing I noticed was that the blade went silent so I looked that way and saw the big sink hole where the buzz bait had been. I felt the pressure and slammed the hook home. Fellers this is how bass fishin is supposed to be. You gotta love it. If that doesn't get your heart a poundin' you must be dead!

You need two colors, black on sunny days and white on cloudy days.

I melt berkley and zoom all of the time without any problems. Make sure you have good ventilation while doing this. I set up a big box fan by my cooking stove and where I am pouring. One thing to remember, do not over heat the plastic when melting it. Keep stirring and pour it before it starts to bubble.Use your favorite liquid scent as an anti stick in the pan you melt in. I made a jig trailer mold from plaster paris and have not bought a jig trailer in yrs.

I just shot my blades this afternoon with some KVD line and lure. They wont stop spinning now !! : Honestly it did a superb job on them.

Folks I find the old lures ,manymentioned in this post at flea markets. I saw 7 spittin images still in the pack yesterday. Most were the large sizes I think two were the smaller ones. I have 3 in my box that might be in loose hands. I saw the square a in the chrome with the blue stripes went back to get it and watched a lady pick it up for two bucks. I have a box of risto raps oin like new condition that could be bought too. Drop a PM if interested. I may still be able to get a hold of the images also.

Anybody using them? And if so, what hook do they use on them?

Don't know what makes the F2 special, but the money craw with the F2 in green pumpkin is a flat grave yard dead killer !! Wore them out last Sunday on them. Fantastic action,GREAT bait! I am one that likes to tinker around, so when I was knocking them dead I would switch to several similiar baits and they would shut off. I would put a money craw back on and it was bass wackin time again! Bought ten more bags yesterday.

All they carry is the original and the lowrider and not in many different models.

A nearby tackle store has the lowrider originally priced at 129 on sale for 95. This is the 7 foot heavy carolina lizard dragger. It felt a little towards the MH side to me. Is this a good rod and is this a good price? I have never used a falcon rod before. I noticed on the tag on the original said thr graphite content was 33 million modulus. That seemed awful low.
