Pq Baitcaster Negative Review.........operator Error???
I agree with goose. I have 2 of the actual pqs and then 5 other variations ( 2 carbonlites ,1 ltd, 1 tournament pq, and a rick clunn edition). The regular pqs are on my crank Bait rods and I was chunking square bills and medium divers 80-90 ft with ease. Probably could have gone more if it was needed.

Elite Shows
Don't see why you couldn't see it. They just put up the 2012 bull shoals video. Just type in the name of the tournament you want to see in the Bassmaster search box and sit back and watch. Most of the shows are the full length vidoes too (49 min).

What Is A Good Starter Bait Cating Combo Within The $50-$100 Price Range
Yep fantastic reel and at $50 its a no brainer. I just bought 3 last week and tried them out on Friday. Probably the best $150 i've spent in a while. If your store doesn't have any i would also suggest the H2O mettle reel for $49.99.. And you certainly can't go wrong with a H2O xpress Ethos rod for $59.99. The rod is awesome, lightweight and very sensitive.

How Do You Reply When A Stranger Says Thank You?
My pleasure! It's become habit since getting married to a chic fil a employee. It's the response they train you to say when a customer says thank you. I guess it just become habit from hearing it so much.

What Rod Under 60$ Should I Put My President On?
You can buy the president combo for 79.99 at Walmart. Then you have the reel with matching rod and you have an extra reel. Other than that maybe the academy h2o xpress rod? it's a blue rod

Split Grip Handles
Pros-----Weight savings (slight) and a sleeker look Cons---- Can give the rod a more tip heavy feel and the butt end can get hung up in your jacket or sweater pocket

Why Does Stuff Gotta Be This Way?
No not really It's still just a ludicrous as the day you Posted it. There's a huge difference in having permission from your supervisiors to slow down than slowing down because you decide on your own that you need to pad your pockets.

Yes.... No.... Maybe
Well I love nitro because I own one. It's a 2000 model and 17'6" so pretty comparable to what you're looking at. A couple of things I notice is that there doesn't seem to be much storage area. Also a 17' bass boat is not great for recreational use if you plan on gettin out with the family. Seating more than 3 probably ain't gonna happen and even 3 is a little close. I see there is a hydro foil on the rear and that's not a definite no no but I only have a 90 Hp and don't have a problem getting on plane so not sure why you'd need a foil for a 115. Defiantly get the motor checked out. Personally the boat is almost 20 yrs old and I think you could Probably find something newer around the same price range.

Respooling
I think the best advice I heard was" all spinners rotate clockwise so you want the line coming off the spool counter clockwise" by bill dance

Yumbrella Tripod
Hey guys I thought I'd give ya an update on this lure. I got out to throw it around off a dock today and let me tell ya I was impressed. I had it tied onto a tournament edition pq 6.4:1 mounted on a 7'3" mh f vendetta casting rod and spooled with #15 vicious fluorocarbon. I put on 1/16 ounce jig heads with 3.5" doa shad on it. The rod and reel setup handled it well and it casts like a dream. Felt a lot like throwing a deep diving crank bait. You can cast this thing anyway you want. No need to use a lob technique with this thing. I was actually backhand roll casting most of the time just because of the way the dock was, but you could go side arm, overhead, or however you choose. Another great thing is that you can cast it accurately. I was casting it at another dock and could easily get it within a foot of the front of the dock. It feels solid on the retrieve and have no doubt that it could handle bass. The only drawback that I could think of is that 3.5" swim baits is probably as big as you can throw on it. But I'm gonna test this theory tomorrow with some 5" swimming flukes. If you are looking for a multibait rig that wont wear you out and you don't need specialized tackle to throw then this is what you need. Well worth the $8 price tag. Hopefully tomorrow when I go out tomorrow on the boat I can get some bites and let you know how it handles the fish.

Reels, Reels And More Reels!
Entry level---PQ because it can be had for $79 Middle of the road---- PQ cause it comes in so many gear ratios High end----PQ cause if Edwin Evers can win tournaments and over a million in earnings with it then it's good enough for me.

Yumbrella Tripod
I got it at Walmart for like $8. It came with some panfish jig heads and grubs but the wires seem to be same size in diameter as the regular one and probably about 3" long. Here's some pics Next to a regular one. I plan on throwing it Saturday on a medium heavy rod.

Why Does Stuff Gotta Be This Way?
Wow...just wow....I really don't know where to start with this post. I probably should just shut my mouth and go about my business but i believe this type of thinking sets a bad example for other people that may have similar situations. Raider the only thing that padding you pockets is gonna get you if your bosses find out is unemployed. How hard is it going to be with no income? And this may be a dumb question but have you tried asking your supervisors for more hours? Sometimes thats all it takes. And Red....the cost a company suffers ALWAYS goes back to the consumers. Would you be ok if you hired an electrician or plumber or tradesman to work on your house and they slowed there work down to pad their pockets and sent you a high invoice because they needed the money? No i don't think you would be to pleased with that and probably wouldn't use there services again. Also the company doesn't need to realize anything..If you don't like whats going on..... leave. Thats the great thing about America..we have a choice. We are not forced to work anywhere we don't want to. The only obligation the company has is to pay you for the hours you work...thats it..Companies don't survive by making no profit. if thats the goal the why bother to go through all the work to have one. And as far as letting one go? What if that someone is Raider? Is it a good idea then? I agree that all things being equal then the work should be split. But again its not your company, its there rules and you agreed to play by them when you took the job. If the rules have changed, or you think its unfair...leave. Its your choice. Lastly , If there are bosses that are covering up there on mess by making the employees suffer who do you think they are gonna keep around them? The ones that help them or the ones that call them out? Sooner or later their bosses will figure it out and you may just be the person they replace him with. Raider, you are obviously a intelligent individual and yes the situation you are in stinks. Trust me i know, I've been there. But i didn't get through it by working less. Actually, i had a pay decrease....yes decrease, 3 years ago because work got slow. And haven't seen a raise since. My hours have increased since then, but i don't justify working any less than my peak just because the company is struggling.. I have a choice. The one question you need to ask yourself when working for an individual or a company is "what will make me happy" More hours? A raise? A promotion? Then ask yourself , what is gonna get me those things? Do you think slowing your work output is gonna get you there? And if none of those things are gonna make you happy then it is certainly time for a change. I'm done ranting, and Raider i wish you the best of luck
