  1. They had these at mine a few weeks back, but they restocked on all of the fishing items and goodbye clearance section. It's alright they will throw a little of everything back into the clearance bin here in a few weeks.
  2. I typically just fish them on a Texas Rig where I might throw a lizard or another creature bait.
  3. They have shorter windows of time to fish during the year than we do down south. I would do nearly anything to be fishing right now if I lived up there after having to wait that long.
  4. I've never even thought to do this. I might have to give it a try. But as stated, fishing jigs can be extremely producing.
  5. First time TN has been to the Elite 8 in history. Go Vols!
  6. Like Big-O said, just choose a color that you have confidence in and know will work in your area. Just consider what colors you have caught fish on before.
  7. I only use them in crankbaits. I don't see the color on spinnerbaits and jigs being any more producing than another color skirt.
  8. Do frogs count? If not then H2o's topwater.
  9. This is something that I have found happening in my Advanced Algebra and Trig class. But I found that if I go in for a few minutes before or after school that my teacher does a great job helping on a one on one level. Your teacher might be the same.
  10. Like you were, I use a 6'6" Medium All Star G40X rod for my soft plastics. Personally, I feel that a 7'6" rod is more suited for flipping, especially in a heavy model.
  11. Bill Dance Tred Barta Rowland Martin City Limits
  12. x2. My best producing color in creeks and rivers.
  13. As stated by basspimple, you don't have to go get all new gear to finesse fish. You can use any method of fishing you please with any different rod/reel/line setup. However, going out and getting a setup that is made for finesse fishing might help you work the bait a little better, better hookups, etc. But you can still throw a texas rig on whatever you have. Sometimes you just have to be a little creative.
  14. We don't have a "fishing season". It was 70 degrees here Saturday, and we're supposed to get a rain/snow mix here tomorrow. Got to love TN weather.
  15. Picked up one of these on my last Cabela's order.
  16. Just comparing this picture to the picture of my 5.6lber I caught last year..........
  17. These also sell for fairly cheap don't they?
  18. It was raining here in Middle Tn at 7:30 this morning. It should have started raining up there about an hour and a half ago if not before then.
  19. I think we can all agree that we have more stuff than we need. But we can't stop.
  20. I had Kansas winning it all. But Tennessee got the job done for me today.
  21. I use P-Line copoly on my Citica.
