  7. I don't think it matters much at all. I always make my leader the lenght of my arm, no matter if the water is clear, stained, or muddy.

Overpopulation in the hills of Pennsylvania is caused mostly by the boredoom of winter ;D
  9. Sweet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would love to have that boat.
  10. I was joking. I'm glad you told him. That dude would have been torn up with bug bites.
  11. It's not like you are buying a rod. I would just go out and buy the cheapest one or make your own.
  12. Why ????????? Because when I first got into fishing I started with Owners and haven't used anything else. Like Dink whisperer said, if ain't broke..................................................
  13. I agree with Wayne. The most popular colors are either silver (chrome) or gold. That being said, I like War Eagle spoons or Acme Kastmasters.
  14. If I am not mistaken, Big-O said some baits would come out in about 6 weeks and the others it would take a tad longer. I can't remember which baits he said though.
  15. My Carolina rig setup is a 7' MH Field & Stream baitcasting rod with a Quantum Burst baitcasting reel in a 7.1:1 gear ratio. For terminal tackle I go with a 1 oz. Tungsten weight and a Tru-Tungsten Peter "T" Force Bead with a swivel attached underneath that. As for the leader, I go with a 12 lb. flourocarbon line as long as my arm. Hook size depends on what type of bait I am using. Now for baits. I like a 6" Zoom lizard or a 10" Power worm.
  16. I would cast a jig onto the sandbar and slowly drag off the drop off.
  17. If I am not mistaken Raul, that is a new world record!!!!!!!!!! (it beat 22 lbs. 5 oz. by more than 2 oz.) ;D
  18. Always wear your life jacket and have your kill switch attached to it!!!

I use a weight just heavy enough so that I can keep in contact with the bottom.
  20. Like Burley once said, if you are not willing to lose a few lures find another hobby.
  21. Try slinging some crankbaits around that rip rap.
  22. Exactly x3.
