  1. I love me some fishing tackle and rods and reels!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My mom and dad think I like it to much though .
  2. I would go with either the Quantum Energy PT or the Team Daiwa -S rods. Both cost around $110.00 and you will have some money left over to spend on line and lures.
  3. I would also take B. I personally have the Lowrance HDS and have looked at the B model also. Of course their is a difference, but I know what is a rockpile and tree without having the high dollar HDS model.
  4. Those sound like some nice setups!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for serving this country too.
  5. Great fish guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  6. in my book you did buddy. those are some fine fish chris. sounds like you had a fantastic trip to me. Those look like some monsters where I come from!!!!!!!!!

    WOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  8. I use Megastrike scent. IMO, they are better than everybody else because they last a heck of a lot longer and smell really good!!!!!!! Also, I do believe that scents helps those fincky fish bite instead of just a lure without scent. P.S. Megastrike is also a advertiser on this forum.
  9. What type of "Zoom" worm are you using?
  10. I recently bought the E21 Carrot Stix. It performs great and is very light and sensitive. It is a great buy for $150.00
  11. I personally like the Roboworm Zipper Shakin' 5" worm in the Aaron's Magic color, and from experince the BIG bass sure do like it too .
  12. Oh ok they looked like pretty nice reels and I was just wondering. I know, I know I DO need to go to the next one I will see what I can do .
  13. Did you guys get those Shimano reels that I saw towards the end of the video? If you did I need to find a way to get to one of the roadtrips!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  14. OK, I will try that thanks for the help. One other thing I for got to mention is that the blades will sometimes spin does that still mean I need to replace the swivel? Also it seems like to blades get caught up. I don't know what to do.
  15. I do agree that War Eagle spinnerbaits are made with great components. There is one thing that I am having issues with though. My issue is that my War Eagle blades tend not to turn while I am retrieving them. Keep in mind that I have the double willow bladed spinnerbait. Is there anything I am doing wrong, or did I just get a dud?
  16. I like to flip a black and blue color bait way back in the flooded stuff.
  17. lol, low budget. It's a 6.5 med no name rod, I think it's an FLW special, lol. The fish had NO CLUE it wasn't expensive tho. The reel is a Revo stx that was a gift from Glenn. Oh ok, thanks I was just wondering.
  18. # 4 doesn't sound so bad I have caught some hawgs while fishing in the rain. I feel sorry for everything else though, thats gotta suck.
  19. Great video and great tips!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What rod and reel were you using?
  20. NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you catch many more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  21. I have the exact same reel and I absolutely love it. Although I don't really make cast with it much because I use on my Carrot Stix for flipping and pitching. You should be very proud about your purchase.
  22. You are correct, bigger bait will improve your chances of getting a bigger fish. My favorite bigger fish bait is Zoom 10" worm. I use a Owner 7/0 Offset Shank hook. Even though it is big fish bait don't be surprised if you also catch a few small ones. '
  23. I also get excited about getting anything new, whether it is fishing related or not.
  24. x2 I have no idea either.
