That's weird about the frog and the plastic frog, but the fish looks like a mix between a bream and crappie.

Yeah that has happened way to many times while I was saltwater surf fishing so I just use one rod now and not 4 like usually when surf fishing.

I have the 7'4" MH model and it does pretty well for me. They aren't terrible heavy, but it wouldn't hurt for it to be just a tad bit lighter. Sensitivity is also pretty good with this crankbait rod. I think you will be very pleased with this rod if you decide to get it.

They probably put all that Hot Sauce on there so that your problem would be fixed and not have to worry about it again. I wouldn't be worried about all the grease if it fixed the problem.

Try topwater in the morning, and if it stays cloudy all day topwater might last all day. If it gets sunny you might want to flip a beaver type bait in the open holes of the grass.

Spike-It works good, but JJ's Magic works great. As for the Mend-It softbait glue there is nothing better. This stuff will save you a lot of money!

Monofilament is strecthy and a little visible. Flourocarbon on the other hand isn't visible at all and also doesn't stretch. What techniques are you going to be using with your spinning rod?
