  1. Cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sounds like you guys had a great time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry about your boat though.
  2. If you go back and read my post you will see about half way down that by deforming I meant that one of the tails on the bait might get folded in the bag. I never sad anything about "drying out" as you mentioned.
  3. Does anybody have any of these? If you do have some do you like them pretty good? Also if you have them where did you get them? I looked on TW but I couldn't find them anywhere.

    x2.
  5. I know that I am not Big-O but I would say yes!!!!!!!!!!! The bass can't stand those pinchers standing up on a shakey head!!!!!!! BTW, nice fish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  6. I think that plastics like the Strike King Rage Tail series will last a very long time because the come in hard cases and they won't deform. Other stuff like Zoom's plastics may not produce the same action because being put up for 5 years, the baits will most likely deform and they will never produce the same action again. By "deforming" I mean that maybe one of the tails on a bait might get folded and when you open the package again and take it out you will never get it unfolded. As for the plastics breaking down and becoming real mushy I don't think that will happen to often. But if you keep them in a bag that has just a little condensation they will break down quicker because of the water.
  7. You are one great bass fisherman Catt!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for telling us this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  13. Agreed!!!!!!!!!!! Those are some great fish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  14. I would definitly try a black/blue jig around the base of the Cypress trees.
  15. I would fish the frog in the pads and the shad in water that is more open. Rage Tail baits are also very strong. The will last you many fish.
  16. Cool!!!!!!!!!!!! I might have to try that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  20. Why don't you get you a Carrot Stix on Ebay for less than the original price and use it for more than flipping?
  21. aarogb replied to coontreer's topic in Fishing Tackle
Always break them off. I think it gives the Brush Hog more action.

Definitly in the morning and evening hours. If it stays cloudy all day and their is a little wind, topwater could last all day.
  23. Great fish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope you catch many more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
