anyone using the zoom trick worms?
Yes, they will produce without the curly tail. My best success with that color has been when I fished it weightless on a 3/0 offset worm hook.

Braided Line on Football Jigs
I did a search for this but I couldn't get an answer so here it goes. Do you guys fish braided line on your football jig setup? If you do what pound test do you use and do you use a flourocarbon leader? I think I am going to start doing this because I want the increased sensitivity and strength it provides.

Reaction Innovatios Swamp Donkey frog.
I like the Swamp Donkey pretty good. The line tie is bent down so that it is a tad easier to walk the dog than similar frogs.

Topwater rod........help?????
I would go with nothing less than a MH action rod. For the rod lenght I would not go below a 7 footer. As for the line, I would go with 50 lb. braid for sparse grasses and lily pads; when the veggies are more numerous I would go to 65 lb. braid, maybe even 80 lb. braid.

The idea at the bottom is also very good, now why didn't I think of that? :-?

Sometimes things are just meant to happen (Creepy!!)
I would still be in too much shock to drive a car after learning that my life was saved by me missing a flight.

Girl
Hey carrothead, where are you from? I am also in the ninth grade. Now back on the topic of asking the girl out. You said that she broke up with her boyfriend so that makes things a hell of a lot easier. First off I need to know if you have her number?

Spinnerbait rod
Mine spinnerbait rod is All-Star Pro Series 6'6" MH casting rod. The original price was $55.00, but the guy let it go for $50.00. This is my dedicated spinnerbait/chatterbait rod and it works great!

any container for 5 spinnerbaits?
I use a Plano spinnerbait box. I can't remember the model number, but I bought it from Bass Pro Shops so just do a search for Plano Spinnerbait box and it should bring it up.

What do you consider most important?
My most important things I consider about a bait go exactly in order as you posted them. 1. Presentation 2. Profile 3. Scent/taste 4. Color 5. Sound

What is the best $200 or less rod?
There are a whole bunch of fantastic rods under $200.00 but I would have to say that a Carrot Stix is hard to beat.

Dropshot/splitshot rod
In that case, I would go with a Powell Max 6'8" ML Xfast. It has a 1/8-1/2 oz. lure rating to handle small split shot weights and heavier drop shot weights when you are faced with deeper water.

Ringworm Question
I have always heard that the rings around the bait gives off some kind of vibration the bass can pick up with their special sensors or something like that.

I just found an extra $10 and I think I know where to spend it but need BRs advice
My two personal favorites are ***'s Jaw Jack swimbait and Yum's Money Minnow. I don't really have a favorite color but all of my swimbaits have something white in them so that should point you in the right direction. For the weighted hook I would say not to go below a 4/0 hook because these are meaty swimbaits. My favorite brand is Owner's Beast swimbait hook. It's hard to beat the TwistLock, it keeps your baits on the hook and swimming straight every cast! Fish them anywhere you want to, but my personal favorite place to fish them would be around docks.

Favorite Jig Trailer
For my football jigs I will either go with a Rage Tail Chunk for hopping the jig off the bottom or a Zoom Super Chunk for dragging the jig along the bottom. For my swimming jigs I perfer something that has a lot of action on it so I just use Rage Tail Chunks. On my flipping and pitching jigs I will usually stay with Zoom Super Chunk. As for scent, I have been wanting to use some JJ's Magic but I haven't got around to ordering any yet. In the mean time I am using Mega Strike. Also, I will had some Spike-It! dip-n-dye to the claws of my trailers to give them a different look. I personally believe that scent or taste whether it be something like Mega Strike, Smelly Jelly, or just regular salt helps get the lookers into eaters. I have heard about contrasting colors of your jig skirt to your trailer but I have never done it. Maybe I will sometime soon and see how it works.
