You should check out a kel-tec P32, it is perfect size with very little recoil. I carry mine in my back pocket and noone can see it. I bought it new about 6 months ago and it was only $275 new. I shoot the winchester 60 grain silvertips. When i took the class to get my permit the instructor had a P32, and i asked him why he carried such a small gun he said you dont need a big caliber gun for self defense. Most of the cases where a pistol was used for self defense the people were within 10' or closer and thats where this 32 caliber shines.

I just bought a jon boat with a 1978 25hp evinrude on it, it runs great and had a full tank of gas in it. I asked the guy i bought it from what ratio he mixed it with he said he thinks 40:1 but not for sure. I want to make sure i get it right, does anyone know what it is supposed to be?

Pin Oak is a nice place to fish on the weekdays, it gets crowded on the weekends with alot of ski boats and jet ski's. I dont think ive caught more than 10 bass a day there but most of the fish i catch are 3-4lbs so it makes the trip worth it. I normaly fish points off the mian lake with a 300 series bandit crankbait, every now and then i catch em with a white spinnerbait back in the coves.

I wonder if they are gonna use the same company to try and blow it up again?

What is this SF Deep Creep and where do you get it? It is a seafoam product in a spay can. It works really well, you can find it at most napa auto parts stores

I am the same way about my clubs matching. My bag and everything in it are King cobra except for my putter, and its a walmart special but i love it.

I fished a couple days up there in May, the fishing was slow but i managed to find a few. I caught them on black and blue lizards fishing in the grass along the canals in the lilly pads and around the duck blinds. Late in the afternoon i moved to cypress trees with a spinner bait and caught just as many crappie as i did bass.

My 40hp merc did the same thing. I pulled the carbs off and cleaned them with some carb cleaner and now it runs like new.

Hey guys my name is Derrek i live in Drummonds TN. Ive been on this site for a while ,just havent introduced myself. Im getting back into bass fishing and i love this site!! It is so full of information.

I fished lakeview for the first time today with a few friends. I caught 4 small bass on a spinner bait in the cypress trees in about 3ft of water. I wasnt able to figure out a good patten to catch fish, i think the ones i caught were just lucky casts. The lake is an old oxbow off the mississippi river so the bottom is mostly flat. I dont have any experience with this type of lake, its real shallow in the trees with no steep dropoffs (that i could find). Any suggestions on how to fish this place? If you need more info let me know.

I will be building a deck off my house to connect to my swimming pool this week. I need to go buy a miter saw and a cordless drill. I dont need the most expensive top of the line stuff but i want good quality that will last. What are yalls opinions?

Does anyone know if the fuel filter is suppose to be full or just half full with air bubbles when the motor is at idle? The reason i ask is my motor is only hitting on 2 out of 3 cylinders. The bottom cylinder is the dead one. Im thinking that my fuel pump is not putting out enough gas to fill the bottom carburator causing a weak combustion if any at all.

I was fishing pickwick lake from the bank when i was 15. I was useing a rebel super pop R when a huge bass (about 4 1/2 5 lbs easily my pb at the time) came out of nowhere and hit so hard it came out of the water and landed on the bank. The bass floped a couple times and was back in the water and gone before i could get to it never to be seen again! I was so happy, stuff like that only happens on tv.
