  1. I use the same rod for jerkbaits.
  2. I would stop at Reelfoot lake for a day or two if you have the time. That place is amazing! The bass fishing is decent and the scenery is beautiful. There are several places to rent a boat around the lake.
  3. How did yall do in the tournament? Was the lipless crank, squarebill, jerkbait bite still on?

  5. I looked at this rod the other day at basspro. I was surprised how light it was for a 7'11" rod.
  6. Yea those bowfin are some strong fighting fish normally. Seems like the best way to catch one is to tie on a brand new spinnerbait lol.
  7. Booyah spinnerbaits are my favorite. I have never had any problems with them.
  8. Chupa Chups are amazing!
  9. Ghost River Copperhead Red Its a Memphis beer. You have to get it on tap at local bars or in a 64oz growler at the brewery.

  16. I agree. As far a sensitivity goes I feel they are the same but the GLX grip is just amazing. Its like it was made for my hand.

  22. I want a Dobyns dx 746 with a 7.1:1 PQ. I need a deep diving crankbait set up. I havent decided on a rod yet but the reel will be a 5.2:1 PQ
  23. That was my first baitcasting reel. I used it for about 8 years and never had any trouble out of it. The only reason I got rid of it was to swap over to low profile reels.
  24. Ive been throwing them on my Dobyns dx744 and 7:1.1PQ my last couple outings. They go together like peanut butter and jelly!
