  1. When i get stung by a yellowjacket i start itching on the top of my head and it gradualy speads to the rest of my body. The dizzyness doesnt start till after ive had my shot most of the time. I think most poelpe react different depending on the severity of their allergy.
  2. Man those are some absolute butiful pictures. My wife asked me when are we gonna book a trip
  3. fishing is #1 but somedays i cant decide if i want to take the fishing boat or ski boat to the lake
  4. Me and my 8 year old son were at the lake the other day bass fishing and the was a guy trolling around the middle of the lake with several poles on a spider rig. My son told me he wants to try fishing like that cause it looks realy easy. So i made a couple rod holders and a double seat for the front of my boat, then i realize i dont know anything about crappie fishing. Like what size rods work best, how fast to troll, jig size and color? Can anyone shed some light on this subject for me?
  5. Im planning a trip to reelfoot lake in the next couple weeks, it will be my first time there. How is the bass fishing there? Ive asked several people i know about it and all i get is "i hear its a great place to fish but ive never been there."
  6. I took my lab fishing one time and he was doing good sitting on the front deck beside me just watching then it happend a 4lb bass exploded on my topwater frog. My dog went nuts barking and bouncing all over the boat. Soon as i got the fish in the boat he jumped on it i thought he was gonna lick it to death. I finally got the fish away from him and back in the lake and when the fish hit the water my dog did too. It took me a minute to get him back in the boat but when i did he went nuts all over again so i had to take him home.
  7. the aluminum will be plenty strong as long as you dont kink or bend it by droping somthing on it or prying with it. as long as you just use it as a push pole you wont have any trouble
  8. thanks for clearin that up for me
  9. i thought a pike was a pikerel or are they just similar looking fish?
  10. i used to have the same problem, i was always able to get mine out by twisting and pulling at the same time while it was still attached to the boat. Once you do get it out i would put some neversieze lubrcant on the shaft and in the base. My pedestal hasnt gotten stuck since i used it. goodluck hope this helps
  11. I would mix a tank of gas with some seafoam and run through it first. I thinks its about 7 bucks a can and well worth it. My ski boat had a bad hesitation just off idle and sometimes go dead at idle, so i ran some seafoam through it and now it runs like a champ.
  12. I have a grizzly as well, and i love the way you extended your back seat. I may have to do the same to mine.
  13. One key thing you need to know before you weld aluminum is that it need to be super clean!! Any dirt, grease or paint will ruin the weld.I like to use a scotchbright pad on the metal before i weld on it. they work great and dont leave any grit behind.
  14. man thats awsome! i can remember catching a couple bass while picking a backlash but i never gave it any thought. Icant wait to get out there and give this a try.
