Its not the ratio you should look at its the IPT. I fish 7.1 for everything. You want to slow down just reel slower. That being said i do not fish deep crankbaits. Ive had 5.1 and 6.1 but got rid of all of them and baught 7.1 reels.

4/0 EWG Gamakatsu. Never had a problem. Yamamoto baits are known to catch fish not be durable.

Use the frog to find the fish. Then throw a senko as a follow up. 50% or more of the time you will get them. Frogs are great search baits.

There were rumours about this and I guess they were true. Picasso has picked up the Tru Tungsten production and has now released them under the Piccasso brand. Both bullet and flippin weights. TW even re used the same pictures as the Tru Tungsten weights. Stradoc Ci4 is awesome. I have two in the 2500 size and i love them. As for line i am running one with 10lb power pro to a 10lb seaguar leader and the other is a straight 8lb Tatsu.
