It would seem that way but that's not the way it is. Every thing is based on the original weight of the bait before all the extra's are added. Keep it simple , don't over think it.

That design makes no sense to me. Wouldn't the bass take a swipe at the blades instead of the hook which is 18 " behind the blade ?

Mike, buzzbaits, spinnerbaits, jerkbaits cast like crap. That dude is a better man than I am.

I did the same thing last year and got the same results you did. The best answer I can think of is the weight is just based on the weight of the head of the spinner before all the blades, beads , and swivals are added.

Mike-in-WV, 130' hummm 3' in a yard, that's only a little over 10 yrd. These guys need to go outside and cast a 1/2oz anything 10 yrd it's really not that far. You have a mechanical problem in the reel, I couldn't begin to try and say what it is without seeing the reel. I would get it replaced... Just my .02¢ Good Luck & Tight Lines..... Wouldn't it be more like 43 yards ?

That's great! Do not be a slave to one brand , you'll miss out on a lot of differant quality products if you insist on being loyal to one brand.

I find this very intersting. You are 17 and the contract for ebay says you must be 18 years old to buy,sell and bid. It is right there in the USER AGREEMENT PAGE Rules are made to be broken!!!! How do they know how old you are?

I don't see anything about it being discontinued on there, does that mean were safe? The monkey says you should stock up on them just in case!!!!

Strongly suggest you find your tolerance zone on how much money you want to invest in your lures so you don't despair over loosing one. My cut off point is anything over ten dollers
