It sounds to me that this boat would not be stable enough to add a deck and I'd think twice even putting a floor in it.

It'll work great . make sure you put a good anchoring system on it.

Avid , I couldn't agree with you more. What makes us so great of a country is our right to voice our opinions. Our government over the years have made some diasterous decisions and some great decisions. Are we un-american if we voice our opinions for or against our governments policies . I think not. #4 and #6 are generally used with #2's for some of the larger baits. size 2 for the split rings. Usually the #4's go on the front and the #6's go on the rear of the baits. I sometimes go up in size #2 on front and #4 on the back.
