Best knot for Fluoro?
In my experience and what ive heard from others the Eugene Bend knot is the best with flouro. I wouldn't suggest using it for anything else.

p-line is flippin strong!!
I also just started using P-Line CXX and on thursday I hooked into a 3# largemouth on my ultralite setup with 4# CXX, He wrapped me around a tree and I was still able to pull him free. Caught multiple bass that day with no breakages.

Looking for reviews on rod and reel
The Mojo and Trion are good choices. I own 2 Trions thay are great reels for the price. And I agree with Reel Mech. You have to feel the setup yourself to know if its right for you.

Not the favorite hot bait right now. Your all time favorite
My favorite bait to fish is Rebel Pop R, Silver/Black back, for catching fish none other than the Zoom 6" U-Tail worm in red shad.

after the crucial down pour at Burke Lake
Cato is right its a Red Ear Sunfish (we call em shellcrackers) its a different species than a Bluegill, they also get alot larger than Bluegill.

Lightning in rainy weather making fish have lockjaw??
I caught a bass Friday during a thunderstorm on a horny toad that was second to my personal best. He was just under 7 Lbs. Me and a buddy ended up catching 10 fish in about and hour so I guess Ive always had good luck in the rain and lightning.

Line for a Baitcaster
Stren Original or P-line CXX until you get the hang of throwing a baitcaster then I would go to Stren Super or Sonic Braid. DON'T USE FIRELINE.

Shimano Sedona or Pflueger President.
I own a President 6735 and Sedona 2500 and I like my President alot more, its smooth as butter and it can take a beating.

right fluro for flippin/pitchin
15 - 20lb. I usually use XPS flouro from BPS which is very good , but I recently tried a spool of the Spiderwire Ultracast and I was suprised it had very low memory, and preformed very well.

Gambler Cane Toads
I love the horny toad from zoom its awesome, I can catch tons of fish on it in open water, or over the slop.

kinami soft plastics
If your looking for just senko style baits the Yum Dinger is pretty good and almost half the price of senkos.

All Around Rod Under $60
I have a Fenwick Eagle GT I like it alot. And Ugly sticks are great (If your playing wiffle ball with your kids in the backyard) ;D ;D

Finally switching!!!!!
I use either Stren Sonic Braid, or Super Braid, Sonic is the limpest braid that I have ever used but doesnt hold its color very long but its strong and limp. Super braid holds its color for just about ever and is strong as steel cable. I might get bashed for this but I think Power Pro is crap. From my experience its stiffer than wire leader and doesnt cast very well.

Airborne Bass
First make sure you give it a good, hard, hook set over your head. When your fighting the fish keep your rod tip as low as possible but you still have to keep good tension. Im not sure what kind of line your using but if your fishing in alot of thick cover, Id say try and use flourocarbon and if the waters not too clear try braid.

Frog Setup
My preference is a 7'3'' MH with a fast tip, a 7:1 reel, 50# Sonic Braid. But any rod between 7 and 7'6'', MH-H, with a Fast tip would be fine, and never use 5:1 ratio.
