  2. Has anybody try the Plum Apple Senko?? I just bought me a pack and wonder has anyone tried it before?
  3. I was a sucker for those when came out. Got them from BJ's wholesale. I was young then.
  4. WTG nice. My brother tried other day with no luck. I haven't messed with it this year. Last year the rebel and hula was lighting them up for me. I caught me a 3.5 last year on the hula.
  5. From what the website shows on mine it should show in a light color gray scale, something like your last pic shows but can't manage to get it to show on my finder. I've been messing with the emulator and it don't show any on there either of what it might show. I know that's an emulator but I thought it might have it on there. I guess next time out I'm really going to fool with it or just seen what auto does for me. Thanks Wayne.
  6. Is this the Thermocline? Also like Hunting run is there a thermocline there?
  7. I never knew they had that. That is very neat. another problem I have is determining thermoclines on with Fish Mark 320. Supposedly you can on this one but I cant figure where it be, the water change of temperature or a graph of it to no what I'm looking for.
  8. For me seems like I can't get a hit on c-rig but if go weightless or a small bullet weight, they seem to bite.
  9. I'm trying to use for crappie. Caught one tiny perch on so far but haven't really giving it any time. It's a top water bait that dives down about a foot and the tail has a swimming action to it. Here's the info on it. http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_37002_100005000_100000000_100005000_100-5-0
  10. I did have that problem with the 10# at first too. No problem with my 8# and 6# though. My Suffix flouro matter of fact does it too. Hopefully that works out like the rest.
  11. I use 8# and 10# Elite Lo-Vis Green. I also use 6# clear on another rod. All spinning reels. I really like the line. I think they cast great and a smooth line. All I really use. Now I'm trying the 8# Suffix flouro trying to give it a shot. I never tried the braid before.
  12. If near the BPS in Ashland I would check their clearance bins. I got me a Browning Citori from there for like $40 when originally go for $100. I like the rod. I use it for wacky and small chatter baits. They placing all the discontinued rods in the bins. The Citori, Johnny Morris Elite( though I heard only good with braid) and few others in there. At one time they was clearance marked with 60% off from that not sure now though. They still got the rods there just not sure about the discount after now.
  13. He belong at home so I released him. Thanks AnglerNFuego and Hook Set.
  14. I've just caught a couple of nights ago on a small chatterbait with Live Magic Shad for trailer. But of course if look at the fish you'll see the crappie had no problem with a bait over 4". http://www.bassresource.com/bass_fishing_forums/YaBB.pl?num=1280073415 I also hear the good eating I just never had try them but should start instead of buying my fish from stores lol.
  15. That sucks the muskie got away. Nice pic of the bass though. By the way I see your PB is over 6lbs, is that the bass in avatar?? If so man looks are deceiving! that bass look huge.
  16. It has definitely become one of go to for the night time and thanks for the reply. Now all of my brother's fam are jumping to go crappie fishing there. They told I should kept it but that size I believe it belongs home in the water.
  17. I almost bought me the Redhead soft cooler from BPS for a worm bag. I think it was 9 can cooler.
  18. I cut down a JB Weld putty tube down and to hold my small Spro swivels. Those very tiny ones. I need something to keep them intact instead of spreading every where in my box. But that's about it for me I think besides using the screw in hooks so I can hang 7' rods from the ceiling in my bedroom since I live in small trailer.
  19. X2 but I only tried a selective few.
  20. Even if scale off, 18'' is still nice. For this year I finally landed a 2 lber. WTG! If curious about scale I would at least check it first before throwing out, you just never know.
  21. Well I'm ticked!! > haha. Congrats and WTG!
  22. Very nice!! I do love tossing out the frogs just myself best is a little over a pound. WTG especially for being a PB! By the way welcome to the site.

The veggies looks very delicious!! Nice pics. I just got into drop shots, meant to throw some last night.
  24. Thank you and what is nice about it, that is my first catch using a Chatterbait. Let's say I'll be going back there soon. You can walk around this whole pond. I'm trying to talk my wife in going next time.
  25. Me and my brother went to this local pond near his house for some night fishing. I started off tossing my bomb but no luck so I switched over to what I thought would work. I tossed out the Bandit 200 bluegill, Bandit footloose tennessee shad, Buzz bait, Xcalibur crome/blue and nothing seem to work. I did toss out the Smokin Rooster(watermelon red) a few times as well which I had a couple of hits on. I actually one strong one that just just shot off like a rocket but couldn't manage to set the hook. My brother he tried his black Jitterbug with no luck and a few of his lures out. Earlier he had one get off my same rattletrap at the shoreline (the same rattle trap I was tossing). So I finally switched over to my small Chatterbait with a Live Magic Shad for a trailer. I had to powerful hookups but manage not to land them. One was dragging out my reel with ease (I'll be back for that one).I finally landed my first fish which was a 1.5 lb crappie, which is by far the biggest crappie I ever landed. My brother then switched to my larger Chatterbait and claims to have one monster hookup, screaming for my help I come running over to see nothing on his line?? He says from what he seen of it had to be easy 4lbs. Later on I landed another fish, a 2.3 lb bass. My biggest bass this year so far, THANK GOD!! I ended the night with 3 while whipping my brother out to his 0, unless you count the get away. I'm shocked that I didn't land a Bat too. He kept swooping for my lure every time I cast out. Man wouldn't that be a picture to see.
