so far im set to head out tomorrow just hooked up the new depth finder and put a new valve cover gasket on. so hopefully does alright. just got me one those fishing carrying bags from walmart a lil small one and put all my plastics in there to free up space in tackle box. sad part ill be getting up early and wont be going to bed till late got that carano vs cyborg fight to watch.

i still trying to get my tri haul going. several years ago i blow either a ring or rod in the motor. so i bought my friends old motor that i know for a fact runs just been two years since it has to know not getting nothing to turn over. first starter was bad when i did jumper test so i put my old starter on. to still no firing but does try to turn over when i do jumper test now. i think it has to be electrical problem doing with the ignition wiring either control box or the motor. right now i took a break from it and i got my truck back on the road. paid over 1,000 dollars just to get it fixed and pass inspection, to getting a jon boat buying a trolling motor and a depth finder to have the depth finder turn out being defective to having my truck go down i think my carburetor is going on truck and they run in the $600 for a rebuilt one. i dont want to try junk yard cause never know how good they are. i also got a serious oil leak ima try to fix today. but man its never ending story with the truck. and no truck no boat. luckily i was able to drive it around yesterday with no problems so i might try to take it out and go fishing tomorrow. luckily truck is running cause coming home from work i had two blow out on my car and only one spare.. the car still sitting at gas station. so my mistake luck is a 24 hr thing. like at work i smashed my ring finger all to hell tearing away skin and taking nail clean off.

was it a baitcaster or spinning reel?? cause bass pro sells replacement handles for baitcasters i guess they all hook up the same but if not check local tackle shops they might have some in the back that comes off broken reels. mine has tons of handles just none that will work for my cardinal.

so far i got the truck running again so i might try there sunday. im going hit it maybe 5 or 6 if truck allows. im hoping i can get depth finder to work right and maybe learn how to read thermoclines and structures. so i can hit it deep. when heat hits. im probably go with jigs and the carolina rig. how was the bass all still 1 to 2 pounders??

yea your right their built in the middle seats and fills with the lake water so much be a fill hole that drains to at same time.

yea im not sure he told me they rent their boats and get live wells too in less like you said mounted in the boat it self. if so they might have a liner and you just add water and when done they pump it out. (not to bad of and ideal hmmm im thinking.......man i wish i had a middle seat to do this with. beats carrying a tote around.) but if im sure i think thats what they do have like a tote type with an aerator. cause he says the boat they rent is about 25 for half a day. so they must be getting a 12 or 14 footer.

if fishing becomes boring to them maybe try feeding ducks or geese if at pond or lake providing them and maybe get a pair of binoculars. try other outdoor adventures while out.

Unless you can find the quantum code under $50, I would go with the black max. It's a good thing to check the reviews on the items, which I always do. agreed!! i always do the same alot of site like bps and gandermountain has writin reviews as so does other but i just use those two,

to answer for my brother Punkinseedfyretailz hes gone for the week, they was throwing their own family tournament with friends and family and at huntingrun they rent live wells with their boats but he told me they manage to die in it. he was planning on releasing them after they all was finish. how im not sure my guess aeration wasnt good enough. and new angler this place aint to far from you maybe 30 mins tops if go 95 south, its in fredericksburg near motts run from what my brother told me they rent boats, trolling motors, live wells, you name it. i have yet to been. i was planning to take my boat but now my truck is down so im blown.

quick and easy way if must have to is just install the stereo and speakers i would just use 5 1/4 or smaller (enough sound) to your bench seat if your boat have them. just cut out your mounting holes and just wire through the holes and when install speakers and stereos your wires is hidin. out of sight out of mind. i personally ould also use a separate battery if want to hid that too just cut another slot in back of seat to slide through and maybe use plexi glass with hinges and twist locks as a door to it. but ipod or mp3 player is enough. i also dont use marine stereos cost to high. they make a stereo case with a water proof shield to it that you can mount but from what i seen of them they stick out some. most boat places and i want to say bass pro shop sells them. but on my 16 foot tri haul i just bout the cheap stereo from walmart and installed it with my old car speakers when car broke. i think their 4 x 6's and ran them to their own battery. came in handy cause when out fishing especially on long trips u tend to get board especially using live bait catfishing or saltwater and nothing biting. just if listening to cd's bring more than one. my god the same song over and over again.

Nope, I decided to stick with my spinner until the spring then maybe get it for a christmas or birthday present in february tell them to start saving now so by then you can get a great combo!! also tell them to give cash that youll pick it out unless there someone in your fam thats about baitcaster.

i think your best bet is just find an outsider (non mechanic) thats knows a lil about them and let them try to help. i try some local mechanic shops round my way and they dont work on them and from what i hear its not cheap to work on. have you ever check your carbs?? you might just need to soak em in some cleaner like 2+4. or just run sea form through the gas. if want to check, check your drain plugs under each carb and see if its gooey. thats what was wrong when i first bought my boat the carbs was so cake that it wouldnt throttle. a buddy took them and soak for an hour or so and man the boat would punch. i had a 70 on my 16 thundercraft tri haul and it ran bout 25-30. but than after 2 years i blew a ring. got another motor that i no runs (was a friends) but i might have an ignition problem it wont even try turning over and when checked with jumpers it does turn over . so i dont know right now,
