  1. Droids have the best cameras on verizon, but you don't want all that extra stuff. See if you can find anyone that still has some Casio Exilims left. You may have to look at a non exclusive vzw store though. Vzw is quick to get rid of old stock. I don't know much about that Samsung because we don't have any yet, but Samsung makes awesome phones for Vzw so it should be a good one.
  2. I like using a Medium Heavy, Fast or Moderate Fast Action rod. This is a good all around rod anyway. If I want to throw small finesse stuff, I may use a Medium, Fast action rod, but everything else is thrown on my Medium Heavy rod.
  3. When I was little, I only ever used white, yellow or black rooster tails. They always worked! I then upgraded to only rooster tails and torpedos... Now, I hardly ever throw either of these baits.
  4. I just got a Keurig also. That thing is awesome, but I have to use three of those cups to get my 'normal' day ration haha. I can tell it's going to get expensive, but it allows me to try a ton of different coffees without having to buy an entire bag. There's a coffee shop near my house that sells single Kcups and you can get a mix of whatever you want to create a 'box'.
  5. x2 on the french press. When I don't have the Keurig running, the FP is the only other way I'll make coffee!
  6. I am a coffee freak! I bet I have more types of coffee than I do fishing lures... (Ok maybe it isn't that bad, but I do have a ton). My Favorites: Green Mtn. Coffee's Caribou Blend Timothy's Coffee Zuna Blend Coffee People's Dounut Shop Coffee Green Mtn. Sumatran Reserve Blend I don't remember the name of it, but whatever they sell at the bakery inside Hershey's Chocolate World LOL Disney actually makes an awesome blend that has Pete the cat on the tin... Again, can't remember the name HA
  7. I go big and slow. Not only big, but I like baits with a lot of arms and stuff hanging off that will move without much movement of the lure. Gotta let the bait soak to be successful though.

  10. Wind so bad that you can't get back to the boat launch with your trolling motor, so you end up pulling the boat back. I love fishing in the cold, as long as there is no wind!

  17. I have one of the bigger sizes in Perch. It has awesome action and it's caught a few fish (nothing worth bragging about though). For $5, I'd get as many as you can. I love the X-raps, especially the shallow shads.
  18. 1. Update the site more often 2. Learn more casting techniques and presentations with the fly rod. 3. Use the fly rod more for bass. 4. Target Muskie and Pike (I always set out to do that and end up bass fishing anyway). 5. Take my son out with me as much as possible. 6. Get my brothers out more. 7. Possibly do a BASS Northern Open tourney as a co-angler. Everything else is just bonus after that

  21. Seems a lot of people use RVT Silicone for molds. I don't know if it's easier or less smelly than Fiberglass Resin though lol Sorry I'm not much help!

  25. Stocked trout? Throw them a gold hook! Works around here anyway I think the people who raise our stockies turn them into idiot fish. Waxworms are another decent trout catcher too.
