Hard Swim Bait Reviews
I have a few Sebile Hard Magic Swimmers. The action on those things is amazing! They are pricey, but worth it. I tend to use them in open water or trolling behind the kayak so I don't have to worry much about getting hung up and losing it (I'll have go scuba diving if I ever lose it... Too expensive!).

Navionics Hot Maps.....anyone Use Them?
I have the Eastern lake Navionics Android App... Not sure if it's the same as the hot maps, but it shows the contour lines, any structure and fishing spots (users can even submit their own spots and they will show up). Great app, but only 3 lakes in my area are currently mapped (Raystown, Glendale and Marburg) They are supposed to be working on two more lakes in my area (Walker and Sayer's), but we will see... Was worth the price just to get Raystown mapped, it's cool, it even shows where the submerged houses are. What lakes did you want to see? I'll look in my app and see if they have any information on them (I'd assume it should be the same).

Right Or Left
I started right but when I bought a baitcaster I didn't realize it was lefty until I got home. Wasn't driving an hour back to return it, so I learned to fish lefty too. Id say learn both if you can, youll always be in a 'good' casting position if you can switch hands.

Central Pa. Lake Updates.....july
I heard about this. It's supposed to only be down half (I heard anyway). If that's the case fish it now!!!

Whats Your Favorite Trailer For A Swim Jig?
Rage Craw, 4 inch grub or small swimbait when its a good bite. Whiptail Worm, 2 inch grub or 2 inch dual tail grub when the bite is slow.
-
Summer Pattern
Super shallow wacky worming and super deep, weed bass on big jigs. Cannot beat either technique!

Central Pa. Lake Updates.....july
Dams not fixed, but its been at that level for 2 years now... i think the water is below the crack. Colyer is a diamond in the rough... my secret weapon lake - where i take people to get them hooked on fishing. If you cant find the bass, the pickerel are EVERYWHERE. Nice report, let me know when you come back and ill join you.

Fluorocarbon Knot?
I use the improved clinch with no issues at all. If you are worried about slipping, after you tie your knot, hold the tag end of the line straight up, hold a lighter to it for about 5 seconds and you'll melt the tip into a nice little ball. This will grab if the knot slips!

Central Pa. Lake Updates-June
I was on it last weekend. It's only up about a foot higher than normal for this time of year. Smallies have been on FIRE the past two weeks. Which section you interested in?

Central Pa. Lake Updates-June
Hit Colyer on the kayak - slow day, but decent. Small bass were in the creek channel, biggest fish came off the steep rocks near the point... Tons of pickerel! All fish came on wacky rigged stickbaits.

Looking To Fish Central Pa?
susquehanna gentlemen! I have been on it twice this year, doing great so far!

Using Sonar / Structure Scan Effectively
Another good saying: "Not all structure holds fish, but all fish hold to structure" (for bass anyway). Some fishfinders have to be 'in motion' to see fish, if I recall correctly. Maybe you aren't moving fast enough? I can't pick up any fish if I am just trolling on low speed, but once I start moving at about half to full power, I can sometimes pick up arches.

Central Pa. Lake Updates-June
Bunch of lakes in Pa that got tagged fish. In central Pa, Raystown, Howard and Penn's Creek got at least 1. I heard they were bass, walleye and trout (anyone care to guess where the trout is? ha). I say we start a big old bass resource search squad and split the money LOL

Crysis 2
UI looks a lot like Half Life 2. The environment reminds me of FallOut 3 New Vegas... I freakin' love the FallOut games, I can play them over and over and over... Heck, all of Bethesda's games are great, Elder Scrolls FTW!

Summer Dream Job!
Awesome! That would be an awesome job! I love being behind the camera, video or photo... Sounds like a good deal! Don't worry about the money (unless you have too) You have to look at all the outcomes that may come from this. I do a lot of 'work' for the connections I'll make from it and I am broke because of it, but it will pay off someday LOL

Bank Fishing Near Hershey, Pa
Susquehanna River is close by... I'd start there, best smallmouth fishing in the area (I'd argue that next to Lake Erie, the Susky is probably one of the best smallmouth fisheries in the country). As far as lakes go, Pinchot is close, Redman and Williams is near there too. Many of the streams in the area have smallies in them too, but I'm not too familiar with the streams in that area.

Anybody Else Find Jig Weedguards To Be Worthless?
Am I the only one who hates weedguards? I have found that if the weeds are bad enough to need a weedguard to keep slop off the hook point, it just gets stuck on the jighead or the guard itself anyway... The only time I have thought a weedguard saved me is when I am fishing timber. It seems to keep the point from snagging the wood. Am I missing something here?

Bassresource..are You Serious?
There's a lot more cost in running a site this big than what you think man. Plus, these ads probably pay next to nothing (the ad's on my site only bring in like 1 to 5 cents per click) Google ads doesn't pay well at all... Glenn and the other mods put a lot of time and dedication into making this site what it is today, so the ads are a tiny price to pay for their work!

Crysis 2
I haven't touched a video game in awhile. Developers are either getting lazy or publishers are putting crazy time constraints on them. Nothing has come out in the last year or more that I even felt like playing. I'll probably try Gears of War 3 when it comes out, then give up on my consoles Good review though, should put that in a magazine. Better than anything Game Informer ever said about a game. They try too hard to be funny and it kills their reviews.
