RI skinny dippers, for 1/4 oz jigs.

Watch this video (the title is a bit misleading):

P.S. I just use a smaller version of what Mr. Allen uses. Smaller head, smaller trailer. The point is the trailer should "overpower" the head, and move it from side to side.

He also talks about the secondary actions. The tail paddling is the primary action, it causes the head to move and the skirt to flare out and in. That's the secondary action.

I personally like Yum! Money Craws /Wooly Bullee and single tail grubs. However, the old Powerbait Beasts were great. Just a shame you can't find 'em anymore..... :(

I'll usually throw a handy dandy Rage Craw but i've started to get some nice bites on Flukes (White Pearl) and Strike King Shadalicious Swimbaits (The smaller ones) in Sexy Shad.

Zoom ultra-vibe speed craw. or plain speed craw...great action.

and a lot more for the money than the Rage (although they work well too) :)

I like the back end of a Swimsenko.

Best re-use of a bait, IMO.

Hey slonezp, why do you rig the paddle tail with the paddle pointing up? Just curious because swimbaits and such have it facing down.

It makes the baits swim with a downward motion, like if you fish a Thumper "backwards".

Rage Craw, 4 inch grub or small swimbait when its a good bite.

Whiptail Worm, 2 inch grub or 2 inch dual tail grub when the bite is slow.
