Yep, thats the deceiving part, they kind of added 2 aspects of the article into 1 tricky sentence.

There are a couple of different models. They have a suspending, which is what Megastink is probably referring to, it goes a couple inches down and walks just under the surface. They do have a sinking and a fast sinking, they go much deeper and stay there. I have had the most luck with the floaters and the suspending.

Ironic because you start a lot of them...
