Keep in mind that someone addicted to heroin isnt likely to become a "rockstar" on the job because you spoke to him or he was threatened wirh losing his job. He's more likely to do more heroin, just sneakier.

I had a loser steal all my gear as well..20+ years of stuff. I made a decent comeback, my garage now looks like a jdm marketplace. I also filled up the losers washing machine with a bag of rock salt and let it run.
