Yep, me too..I have a handful of different ones, my favorite are the shimano ones, just because of the look, but they all do the same thing.

When I was much younger I was out with a buddy after the bars closed, and we had stopped for a coffee. We were leaving the coffee place with our drinks and someone cut my buddy off..the chase was on. My buddy drove after him for like 5 mins, trying to get next to him, and finally he did, and when we were close enough my buddy took his hot coffee and whipped it at the guy...the thing was, my buddies window was rolled up and he ended up with the coffee all over himself. Lesson learned, and I'm pretty sure I ticked myself laughing.

So by telling your buddy your ensuring the owner finds out..exactly what I was saying. It is ultimately the owners fault but one guy cant be everywhere all the time, thats where customer feedback is so important..good and bad.

As a business owner, I can tell you that feedback like yours is vital to someone who cares about customer service.
