Wow, you must have a big neighborhood! I have a lake near my house and there is trash all over the place. I try to pick some up, but I don't have room to store it in my tackle bag. I guess I should start bringing a grocery bag or something and start putting it in there. It sounds a lot like the lake you mentioned except a little smaller. The people who play tennis do the exact same thing at this lake too. They just leave tennis balls all over the place. If I find them, I just bring them home and give them to my dog. One man's trash is another's treasure I guess.

I bank fish all the time except for a few trips out on a boat throughout the summer. I usually carry 1-2 rods and my tackle bag which probably weighs 30 pounds. It depends on the mood I'm in, but I'll occasionally bring one rod and the lure tied on to get a little better with that lure.

Well they are in college and are around drugs and alcohol a lot. College kids overdose a lot, but we only hear about the ones in the spotlight.

You can take your tackle bag instead of a golf bag and just fish while they golf.

I heard about this awhile back. I'm pretty sure it didn't weigh over 1,000 pounds, but more like 800. I was under the impression that it was a cross between a wild bore and a domestic pig, but I don't know for sure. I also think that the kid's dad raised it and then let it loose for the kid to kill.

Same here in Ohio. It's seems to be really nice when I'm working, but horrible when I'm off.

We thought he was when we first got him, but I'm not so sure anymore. He does resemble them a lot, but it also looks like he may have some lab in him as he gets older.

Just got back from another outing at the same pond. Went 1 for 1 this time. She wasn't big (around 2 lbs.), but I'm not complaining.

WOW! Those things are giant. My best four largemouth of a day wouldn't even come close to that.
