Would it be possible?
No kidding! The amount of sensitivity gained by swapping my Curados out with Core50's was amazing. If they somehow shave another ounce or two off of those reels the sensitivity is going to feel like you stuck your rod tip into a light socket.

Sebile magic swimmer hardbait color?
3-6 lbers were hammering my 125 in Golden Shiner yesterday. It's a nice size (3/4oz) that doesn't require a "swimbait" rod. The 95 White Lady is a good producer for me to. The spawn is on where I'm located. Wish I still had my 125 in Largemouth Bass. It would probably be a real killler.

Annoyed with soft bodied frog tails: Only buying cheapies
Never had a problem with Scum or Spro. Haven't had Koppers long enough to know. Koppers does seem to take on water quicker than Spro.

Punch skirts
Just got my new DirtyJigs punch skirts in....hmmm. The collar that the line is fed through seems a bit rough. More so the trailing end than the lead. One actually has a bur that I'm going to have to knock off. Anyone else have the same issue?

Who Makes this Lipless Crank?
Is that custom paint or an original finish...looks custom to me. Older Daiwa maybe??? I can't find anything with that deep cut L ( gillplate) behind the eye. It also looks like an older Yo-Zuri model. :-? :-? :-?

"Delicious" Sweet Beaver
Wow, the extra salt or whatever changed the color big time. That particular bag wasn't anywhere near as dark as the ones on TW. Mine looked like Big Texan crossed with red-bug. They worked fine. Caught plenty of fish with them. I wouldn't even call it a bad bag.

"Delicious" Sweet Beaver
Since we are talking about these anyway....Has anyone ever gotten a bag of RI Sweet Beaver 4.20 that were way stiffer than normal and has an unusually high amount of salt in it? Like the bottom of a robo?

"Delicious" Sweet Beaver
This is more accurate in my opinion. Maybe a little more vibrant but close.

Blue Saphirre
When matched with a black-n-blue jig Noooo That's terrible advice, you should never use that

Fluke
Shake, Shake, Shake....Shake, Shake, Shake....Shake yo flukey, shake yo flukey Yeah, I know it was lame as Hades but I had to. Not sure why I was only alive for 20 days of the 1970's.....

Silent red eye shad
Ha, funny you said that. I have one in Ghost Sexysomethingoranother that two of the bb's were stuck in the bottom of it. They were put in before the plastic cured/hardened and wouldn't budge. Wouldn't run straight so I drilled a tiny hole in it and broke them free with a set of acetylene torch tip cleaners and plugged the hole with a clear epoxy. Works great now. You would actually have to drill more than one hole to make it silent because there is a rectangular weight/rattle akin to a "one knocker rattle" in a separate chamber under the front hook.

Bass Pro XPS tungsten PROBLEM
Yeah, I try to avoid inserts as long as the company making them give it a smooth enough finish to minimize line abuse.

Favorite fishing line
For finesse spinning 6-8lb. Fluoro Seaguar Tatsu Higher test Fluoro- Toray Solaroam Superhard Upgrade but Trilene 100% isn't bad for the money Superline- Sufix 832....Samurai is smooth and quiet but.......for the sake of argument I'll just say I don't like it. Bass Pro XPS tungsten PROBLEM
Not with Bullet Weights brand and especially not with Tru-Tungsten and Vike, they have plenty of room.

Silent red eye shad
I don't think silent lures are anything "new" but yes alot of companies are just following suit. The nature of the beast. I use them alot except in really dark water. I started buying them to use on heavily pressured lakes, hoping for an advantage but mostly the shallow running Lucky Crafts. There have been a few times when I noticed that I was catching alot more fish than my partner with a silent crank but I haven't really "tested" it. When I said I use them alot I meant Strike King billed cranks and LuckyC BDS Fat CB's. Haven't tried silent Red Eyes didn't even know they made them...will do

Blue lens for fishing?
I'm in the same boat. I have an old beat up pair of Oakley Half Jackets that I'm going to either buy another set of lenses for or just buy a new pair of Wiley-X but I don't know what color I should get. My nephew bought me a $20 pair of Strike King Ice glasses for Christmas. I'm very surprised at how good the polarization is in them.

Best frog baits
I love that Rainforest Black Bronzeye 65. Scum Frogs have given me some durability problems and take on water. The Spro is a little bit on the hard-side in my opinion to but I use it. I just ordered a Koppers Live Target and I'm ready to see what it looks like. My latest craze is the Ribbit High Floater(not a hollow body). It has a very odd texture that feels more natural to me than other soft-plastic fogs.
