Buy once, cry once. Plano Hydroflo for me. I have the stacks of trays with broken and cracked corners and lids, broken latches, and the worst of all the layer of rust in the bottom to remind me why I don't buy the cheapest boxes anymore. Replacing hundreds of hooks and split rings because of cheap boxes easily justified the slight cost difference to me.

Must be brand new, haven't heard of it. They had the Pure Poison and then the Rage Blade, but neither of those are like a Jackhammer. Assuming it will be much more affordable, which would be a huge bonus.

I carry probably around 75 in my boat, no way I could pare that down to 21. I like to put a bright chartreuse trailer on the white baits for contrast, great for smallies and spots. A 3.8-4.8 fat impact is good on any of them. I fish mine with no trailer most often. A medium to MH MF to F with 12-17 pound copolymer is what I like to throw them on.

I'd rather have the Ocho over any stickworm out there personally, not just the Zero. For fishing weightless they just seem to have the best combination of action and fall rate that gets bit the most for me.

Broncos are trading the Ravens for Flacco for a 4th. I'm having way too much fun giving my Broncos fan BIL a hard time about it. They've basically turned into what the Chiefs have been my entire life.

They use those shallow flats to corral baitfish just like a bass does. Push them up there where they have to either jump on the bank or come back towards the cats. It must be a bad way to go because I've seen shad and carp choose to die on the bank instead of trying to get back past those massive maws.

The 4" has very similar action. I have one that's about to fall apart it got chewed on so many times last year. It's about the perfect imitation of that snack sized bluegill.

Did one up with some big willowleafs. This is a good one in for the rivers when they're eating big gizzard shad for some reason. I was getting some jigs ready too.

They're a nice bait, I really like the floating 5" and the 4" version. Just got my 4D Line Thru Pulse Tail Trout in the mail today.

Owner St 36, You'll need the 3 sizes John listed. The DT 6 will take #6, some of Diggers might also. The DT 10's will take #4, the DD22s will need #2s. They're great, super sharp hooks and not terribly expensive.

My oldest has always loved being in the boat. He was just a little over a year old here and I couldn't hardly get him out without throwing a fit.

Little fish live shallow, big fish eat big fish I know it's a different part of the country, but here the deep water bite is more a dead of winter bite. Sometimes they have just enough water to cover their backs. The one I'm sitting down holding in my pictures was in <4' of water in the middle of the day in the summer.

I sold my Curado and Scorpion 70's so I could buy a Daiwa Zillion SV TWS. If I could do it all over again, I'd have bought 2 Daiwas instead of losing money buying the Shimanos in the first place.
