  1. If you're fishing smallmouth, and you don't have some Ned rig supplies on board, you're missing out.

Zman Diesel MinnowZ or the regular MinnowZ. Glue one to the head and you'll be catching fish with the same bait all day.
  3. Batteries are interchangeable and it shouldn't be a big deal for them to have an external gas tank with the appropriate hookups for most major motor brands I wouldn't think. At any rate, I'd probably have done the same thing because batteries are popular items to steal and not cheap, and even if they only wanted the gas in your tank, they're going to take the whole thing because it's easier that way. Unless they're willing to store them inside the shop for you, they shouldn't expect you to just deal with the fact that your stuff might get stolen while it's sitting in their lot.
  4. Yeah, I'd sell mine tomorrow depending on the price of that pedal drive.
  5. I took my 2.5 year old for 30 minutes to a creek to catch some sunfish the other day. He asks me to take him fishing every day since then.
  6. I feel your pain, my favorite bladed jig St. Croix LTB broke on me Friday. I'll be sending it in and paying for the replacement.
  7. H2O Mettle. I have 3 and didn't pay more than $40 for any of them.
  8. I have some of their craws that I use for jig trailers, they work fine.
  9. That sucks man, I know from experience unfortunately. I bought some foam pipe insulation and cut it down to fit between my reel and first guide then zip tie it on. It's a little neater than leashes imo.
  10. 39492 Indianapolis Rd, Lane, KS 66042. South of Osawatomie a few miles, just off 169. http://www.reecenichols.com/homes-for-sale/39492-Indianapolis-Road-Lane-KS-66042-176914585
  11. This seems to be the most popular way on social media fishing sites.
  12. I've tried to explain this to my wife about my tackle work benches and my tackle storage in my boat, but she doesn't understand.
  13. The WP is a straight retrieve bait. There's no reason it would foul any more than any other treble hooked bait during the cast. They all foul while tumbling through the air from time to time, but the 130 cast like a bullet, it rarely fouls with 50# straight braid I fish it on.
  14. Nice! The spro popping frog was good to me this last week as well.
  15. @gardnerjigman where's the pictures of Rippin Lips at?
  16. I'm going to get to learn it well since we'll be living 30 minutes from it now. Roadwarrior is going to be in town this weekend and asked me to take him fishing somewhere Friday. MC is one of the front runners for sure.
  17. Looks kind of like an H20 frog to me. Someone could have easily put a rattle in it.
  18. It's a buzzbait, not an A-rig They're $17 each, but probably a pretty productive bait in the right situation.
  19. The guy I talked to said he was catching 20-25 pound bags regularly out there until this month when it got much tougher.
  20. I don't think they can see much color on a fairly quick moving bait once it gets very deep, especially if the water is murky. I stick to shad or chartreuse colors for the most part.
  21. Yeah, several small clubs do. Both boats on the water with me were prefishing for a tournament out there. Pretty stupid to jam a cull tab in a fish for a $200 tournament.
