  9. I'm planning on taking a trip to Lake Anna this Saturday. I heard this is a power plant lake and that the winter fishing is good. If anyone could give me any information on some good spots to check out, or if it's worth making the trip it would be greatly appreciated! I haven't done much re-search yet I thought I would start here.
  10. The bait monkey is on the run here. I made a TW order yesterday and when I looked outside this morning, I saw my wife chasing the monkey around the yard. She was beating him over the head with one of my rods. Hey, that might make a good Ugly Stick commercial Hahaha! I had the same thing happened but I woke up to her beating "me" in the head with one of my Rods. She is an animal lover so she let the monkey sleep.
  11. Wacky style! I didnt buy into this for a long time and I wish I had!
  12. I love the Spro Jr frog.

  16. Black and White Crappie looks sweet!
  17. Thanks Boss, yes all the shaky head worms rise straight up when under water. They have a smooth soft finish to them. Thanks again!
  18. Here are a few 4" Natural colored shaky head Gobies. The eyes move.
  19. Thanks everyone! I like to throw the PBJ looking color on a cloudy/sunny day it keeps a darker look like you see here when the clouds are out but when the sun hits the bait, it becomes a transparent purple with a darker purple vein inside. Im going to try and post some photos of a few Beavers and Gobies tonight. "Gibersonnator" Dont give up on it just keep trying diffrent stuff. Keep track of what you do so when you get a color or pattern you like you know what you did.
  20. When using these has anyone had any problems with them altering the action of the crankbait?
  21. Texas rigged slowly rolled on the bottom! Count rocks with it, if you feel something down there stop for a few seconds and then move on to try and find something else that is hard down there.
  22. A few 8 inch hand poured shaky head worms.
  23. Thanks guys! I may post some other photos tonight.
  24. I use the long lip Im pretty sure the longer the lip the more resistant's / wobble you will get when pulling it through the water. It doesn't really dive like a crankbait, but they do come in different sizes to pick from depending on where you want to fish in the water column.
  25. I think they are great. I use them often. If you pick a few up, play around with a few different soft plastis until you find one that you like the action on. Just like with a crankbait, you should be able to feel the tip of your rod vibrating if you have matched the correct scrounger head size with the correct plastic. The lip on the S.H does create a good vibration, but if you are skipping it sometimes it will turn over, so you will want to check for that. Just reel it in and hang on, I often feel like I am doing nothing as well when I use these and catch fish. Allot of people like to put a fluke style bait on them but I like something with a curly tail.
