Could tie a leader of toothy critter found in the fly fishing sections of stores

I thought of them all the ones iv seen in the stores around here would be to big or would get in the way

Iv been trying to think of a way to attach a rattle to my flukes and so far all iv come up with is those thin rattles for jigs they have the hole in the tip to clip them onto the skirt. I am thinking of running the hook threw the hole and tucking it in the slit on a zoom super fluke. What are your thoughts or tips if you have allready attempted such

Trilen xt and xl are great lines for cheap its what I run on a few of my set ups never have issues. But I'm with snaping turtle only because I had the same situation a few weeks back and it was a snapper

I always throw a fluke into bait balls or jumping fish or a wacky senko

The yamamoto weights just drop them in hole towards the head then hook it threw the hole tex style line tie will be in the tip of the tube when finished

I started rigging them with yamamoto tube weights this year with a gamy ewg hook size dependent on the tube but there nice little weights and there cheap only downfall is it can be a pain on thick bodied tubes to find the hole in the weight to get the hook threw. http://www.***.com/Yamamoto_Snagfree_Tube_Weight/descpage-YSTW.html

Dicks usually has matzou or how ever its spelled cranks on sale for under 5 bucks there shiny and go deep I pick up a few every now and then. There also running a sale atleast up here on clacking rap and dt cranks 2 for 10 bucks not a bad deal at all

We have a few that have nests in the swamps I fish at 15min from my apt. I see them all the time even when else where fishing or hunting I love seeing them. My wife has never seen one in person I'm always trying to spot one with her but can never seem to see them even when we go to the lookout tower in the swamps they have set up with scopes fixed on the nests she's bad luck

Where can I find large bags of zoom super flukes? I found large bags of worms senko style baits and tubes but no flukes. I use super flukes more then any other bait out there and I wanna find large quantity bags

I use to swear by hard jerk baits smith wick rouges to be specific it was the only lure I owned for a long time I had 20 in the same color and they cought me everything under the sun all year. If u like walleye or pike fishing there killer for them as well iv even caught a 17" perch on one as well. As far as soft go that's one of my go tos now just weightless flukes if I see minnows busting the surfacde fleeing from preditors I grab my pole that has a fluke on it 100% of the time and wing it out there and just let it sit watching my line like a hawk. Or I will twitch it over weed beds and kill it every few twitches works amazing just I loose a lot to toothy pike. Oh and don't forget mega strike for the soft ones

Well she was gonna get me a new bc combo and spinning combo for dad day but idk what to get I might just get a ton of plastics and frogs instead

Well today one of my student ripped his pants down the side of his thigh. So he cone over to me in the shop "Mr. George do u have ur fishing stuff in your car" and of course I take it everywhere with me. So he took one of my size 2 gammy splitshot/dropshot hooks spooled off some 12lb trilen xt and my pliers and went to work. He diddnt do to bad of a job pretty good at sewing lol. So not only do the hooks catch fish but the stitch up pant legs as well.

He wore it but idk if its autographed can't remember and plus she never gave it to me And jf its "yes dear" that's the answer to everything lol she gets mad when I just do the "yeah" or "ok" "uh huh" answers. But I did buy her one of them pandora braclets on my way home from ft drum them things are crazy but now the rest of the holidays and special occasions are covered just buy more beads for the braclet. Its like the same as a tackle box I just need lures to add to it for gifts.

My early morning baits are buzz baits(blk) and zara spooks frogs as well then around submurged grass it was weightless flukes twitched over holes and breaks in the weeds then killed. Mostly topwater stuff

I use 4/0 and 5/0 gammy flipping hooks for havoc devil spears and other craw style baits

Iv never caught anything on either but I probably have 15 packs of each I just never throw them just buy em cuz I hear about them a lot. I pretty much fish thick matted grass lines or open water in small rivers so to me they seem more like a flipping bait right at the fish but I fish from the bank and can't really see the bass I catch
