You can also buy stuff called moleskin and put it over the blister as well its what I use when at drills and I get blisters after long road marchs exept iv learned to put mole skin on befor not after but either way will work

Its been years sense iv gone there we used to climb the big cement barge tie offs with some lanterns and sit out all night with a case of big boy pops and night crawlers. Lol I know I'm getting smoked here doing dismounted IFT 12hrs at a time but its not bad were having fun the last hour was spent watching f16s do flybys

I use fresh chicken liver I don't do that crap bout leaving it in the sun and letting it rot iv noticed I catch more with fresh bought liver. I just run a circle hook any size really depends how big of liver chunks I use. I do a circle hook on a 2ft leader then a barrel swivel and a 1/2 oz or bigger barrel weight. Just becareful when u cast the liver will fly off some times I try to hook it threw the faty tissue it helps hold it. Iv also tried using panty hose or egg sack netting to put the liver in that way it doesn't come off but iv also never caught a fish with that technique. Catfish are a blast to catch I never hook any big ones most are 3 to 8lb channels but I did catch a 15lb channel when I was 13 it was one of the funnest fish iv ever faught even though I got chewed out when I got home. Long story but it was 1am mom didn't know where I was and I went for a swim after my lantern and pole and got the fish when I caught up to the pole lol.

I just lost my mind for a sec I completly forgot what day of the week it was and had like a 10 minute conversation about what day it was trying to figure it out when I coulda looked at my phone to tell. Its been a long long past week and a half.

Iv never paid that much attention to mine but I know the dressed tail hook sits lower all I know is its a bass catching machine

Iv only ever caught 4 walleye in my life all well targeting bass with smithwicks. I fish the eria canal often for catfish and will take some cranks for bass and try for walleye sense I hear stories of people catching them there but never have caught any the erie canal is the worst place to fish I think I have better luck in a mud puddle.

My wife ain't here on post with me she wouldent last 5 minutes here with a couple hundred grunts. Plus at home I do the dishes the laundry and pick up after the kid she don't even cook much lol that brings me to another point kinda off topic but has to do with me being in this dump but they need to make officers with a brain all that schooling and training but still some of the dumbest people iv met

Last year same sorta thing happend to my nephew. I was throwing a orange craw colored trap slaming smallies and large on a point formed by the inlet of a d**n then right across from the point was a shallow spawning flat and this was april 11th unusually warm it was around 85 I remember we were in shorts and his gf was tanning well we fished. I gave him a spare trap same color he threw it into that spawning area and got hit on like the 2nd crank of the handle. I ended up jumping down a 15ft wall into the water to land this thing for him it was about 6 maybe 7lbs if my memory serves me cuz after that all I could remember was how my 210lb arse was getting back up that wall with a toothy walleye in my other hand some how I did though.

All you can eat joints are the best there arnt to many around here anymore they closed ponderosa all that's left is a few chinese places and on Tuesday. Quaker steak and lube has all u can eat wing buffet for 10 dollers.

I came up with the best invention sense sliced bread just need it made and the army to buy a boat load of them. Ready for it......washer and dryer all in one machine like a washer that does its thing then converts it to a dryer so no swaping is needed on our part. I'm sitting in the laundry room loosibg hours of sleep to do laundry cuz I gotta swap the loads

Ill get in on this after all I did catch my pb of 8.8lbs last year on a topwater mouse and I released her maybe I can convince her again this year.

Yeah what happend

I have probably 15 spro frogs and have caught maybe 5 fish on them but for some reason I still buy them. I get a lot more short strikes on the spro even with the trimmed skirts. If I see that I switch to scum frogs and I hook almost 100% of my hits the scum frog and snagproof mouse are my two best hook ratio topwaters. The superglue thing didn't work for me I patched so many pike tooth holes it made my frogs sink but with the scum and snagproofs there only 3 or 4 bucks as spros are 10
