last year i broke like 3 rods one of em being a brand new techspec there all broke right above the 2nd eye so the tip is broke pretty much. how would u fix them iv usually broke poles farther down and took old blanks and cut them down to fit inside the broke blank then glued them together and some shrink tubing. that always worked well for my bigger carp and salmon rods. but these are bass rods. i was thinking of putting welding wire threw it and glue and heat shrinking it. idk how well it will hold though and i dont have the money to buy a new pole

i do everything right handed except fish and shoot im a lefty but iv taught my self to be a righty in shooting just from 12yrs of playing paintball till i reached semi pro now in the military as an infantrymen shooting with either hand helps a ton

yeah its def a last resort cuz u get the oil running down your arm and all over the floor

shouldent be on that tight u cant get it by hand at least coming from every car,truck, small engine iv ever worked on but im not gonna say it doesnt happen but i usualy do the screwdriver trick if all else fails

well im pretty sure the crap in the ponds is millfoil and in the one lake i fish def hydrilla but we also got like just stringy slime and some ribbon like stuff

how do u tell what kind of grass it is in a lake. iv fished my whole life and i dont know the diffrence between like hydrilla and millfoil. i just see green stuff and work it but i always hear ppl talk more about one type of grass for this presentation and this for that. so whats the diffrence i just look at it as grass is grass gimmie my frog box lol

my pflueger echlon has this problem as well i usualy just blow it out with a air gun and oil it up it usualy lasts half a season and i fish every single day from when the ice thaws till its iced up again. i just blow em out and oil them during season and it fixes the problem. i'll do a complete tear down and respool all my reels after a good cleaning and lube job every winter

for braided line i always use spider wire on my pfluger echlon for fishing frogs around pads and mated grass

ill prolie go the cane pole route in a local pond stocked with gills and bass

were fishing three bridges in front of narbys by Point breeze its Oak orchard river. one of my students was farther up stream yesterday and said there was still 7inches perch still biting good

well its 53 calm and sunny today calling for the same tomorrow but night temps are around 30. this weekend and next week is calling for low 30's for a high and mid 20's.

Sounds like you should get your dad into fishing then he can keep buying you lures instead of parts ;D hes the one who got me into fishing sense i was able to hold a pole me and him went fishing every chance we got. my mom always told me stories that when my grandma would come over my dad would grab his poles and dart out the back door and hit the creek behind there old house. i inherited the same gene cuz i did the same thing when my grandma came to visit lol shes crazy

thats gonna be tough not fishing my self but ill let the wife and son have their fun. he can reel and manipulate a pole i gave him an old trigger ice rob with an old quantium bait caster on it when he was about 9mo. first he used it to whip me and the wife then slowly he learned to reel in and "cast" on my command oh and set the hook he knows that to.

yeah there pricy $50 a gallon of fuel i kinda want to sell mine for electric but my dad got me into the nitro and hes big into it and i dont wanna hurt his feelings plus he keeps buying me parts so id feel bad

whens a good age to take your kid fishing for the first time? iv been dieing to take my son he'll be 2 in may is it to soon or no hes pretty hyper and at that teriable 2 stage lol i was gonna get him that skeet reese kids fishing package at dicks and take him. my dad said he took me at 6mo and jamed the pole in my stroller lol

iv been looking on ebay and another site cant remeber the name ill prolie buy a out of state boat when the time comes cuz new york sucks for buying anything in the trailer would prolie be rotted out. iv been looking at the tracker pro team 175 series brand new its over my price range but maybe a used one will be where i need it or my wife will feel generous and let me spend more
