I wouldn't wait to get word that bass are being caught. If that was the case the PFBC has had reports in early February about smallies being caught on the rivers. Go get your line wet!

We've only fished beltzville from shore and had good results with decent sized bluegill and perch, there's nice bass up there but you'll have to ask around since I don't boat fish
