It's overkill on a spinning reel that small. P-Line and Yo Zuri make strong line without using such a thick diameter, look into them. Just on P-line 15lb I can bend 2/0 hooks out of logs. Atleast run a 10lb line and do weedless setups like texas rigs to control the getting stuck situation
