Super flukes in watermelonseed, or white ice. Jigs in watermelon, blue/black, or craw. Medium to deep diving crankbaits in shad color.

I have several older lures in the white/red scheme, but I haven't seen any in the stores in a long time.

I reuse mine if they are in good shape. If they are really beat up, I trim them down and use them as a jig trailer.

If I am going far I always throw in an extra propeller.

If you want to leave the charger on I would look into a charger that can be used as a tender when the battery is full.

I use a 10 lb mushroom anchor. In the soft bottom lakes it sinks down into the mud when it hits the bottom. Seems to hold good except in very windy conditions.

My glasses turn dark in the sun, so I never have to worry about sunglasses.

I use Zoom and BPS tubes. I usually fish them t-rigged, and fish them in the weeds.

I never really thought about how trains handle the snow. That is something.

I keep everything on the computer and back it up about once a month.

When I am fishing plastics around a lot of thick weeds, I like a heavy rod with a fast tip. You never know when you are going to pull in a 2 lb bass with 20 lbs of weeds.

Around here lipless cranks work pre-spawn, and during the spawn. If you are fishing shallow I would try some Mann's 1 minus cranks.

I have a BPS 370 bag with 5 boxes in it. I use that when I am fishing from a boat. When I am off the bank I use a Plano 1150 tackle box.

I wear hunting socks and a pair of Muck's rubber boots when it's cold outside.

I love summer because I hate winter.

I use Microsoft Excel too. Each year I start a new log, and at the end of the year I cut and paste the info into a master excel spreadsheet. Right now I have about 12 years of info on my master.
