I know what you are going through. Last year the a/c went out on my birthday, ha ha great present. Luckily the guy came out the next day and got it fixed.

I have had luck with green and yellow. I tried black, but the only thing that went after that color was frogs.

Now a days not to many. I learned the hard way not to throw cranks from the bank.

I throw lipless more, but I prefer square bills.

I have been having real good luck lately on 1/8 jigs in the lake I fish. They have stopped hitting anything larger.

I started using a frog just this year. I am having a real hard time learning to feel the weight of the fish before I set the hook.

I only sharpen the hooks now. I use to replace them, but sometimes I didn't like the way the bait ran with the new hooks.

I usually through a 3/4 oz. jig or a big t-rigged plastic. This year I have started using more deep cranks.

I use the palomar for jigs and plastics. I use the clinch knot for anything with a treble hook, or with spinnerbaits.

I have never had any problem with it. I do store it in the basement in a drawer though.

Most of the time I use Big Game 15 lb. If I am going somewhere that I know has a lot of vegetation then I will spool on braid.

I prefer tubes or a senko.

I have seen a lot of parents that do not hold their kids accountable for anything they do. The kids grow up thinking that they can do whatever they want when ever they want to, and they don't show respect to anyone. I got spanked and it taught me that actions had consequences. I have only had to spank my oldest daughter once. When she was about 4 she wanted to watch something on tv that we thought was inappropriate. She got mad and threw the remote down into the basement. I gave her one swap and never had to give another one. I have never had to spank my youngest daughter. I can pretty much raise my voice and scare her.

Right now its 99. Suppose to be over 100 for at least the next seven days.

I think that all of the dinks in that lake were sent up to the lakes I fish.

Not a night time story, but a couple of years ago I kept hearing something around the seat of the boat. I thought something was loose and moving around. Finally got down to check it out, and a mouse came running out. He went up on the front of the boat and jumped into the water, and I about relieved myself in my pants.
