Jigs And Spinner Bait
Welcome aboard! The first thing that I would do is start reading the articles on this forum. My favorite way to fish a spinnerbait is to let it fall to the bottom and just start slow rolling it.

Question On Palomar Knot
When I tie a palomar I always give it a couple of good pulls before I start throwing the bait. Sometimes you can look at the knot and just tell if it will hold.

What Line Do You Use?
Yo-Zuri and Big Game. All baitcasters have 15 lb. The spinning reel has 10 lb. The ultralite has 6 lb.

Do You Match Your Gear?
I go by how the rig is balanced and how it feels. If I put a reel on a rod and it feels bottom or top heavy, I switch the reel to a different rod.
